Chapter 31: IMPOSSIBLE...

Flashback: June 17th, 2015

Today marks Colin's and P's three month Anniversary. She couldn't believe that he had ACTUALLY asked her to take that step with him 3 months before on her Birthday. She was hesitant but he had convinced her that HE TRULY WAS IN LOVE WITH HER and WANTED HER and ONLY HER! "I'm NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL I MAKE YOU MINE, So you might as well say YES to me...!" he joked around...but she KNEW in her heart he wasn't joking!

Finding out that she was Pregnant the day before still had her in SHOCK... finding out she was a little over 4 months along...had her SPEECHLESS. P couldn't understand how she was that far along...the first time Colin and her made Love was on Valentine's Day. The day that "Mr. C" had planned a Scavenger Hunt around NYC and Finished it off with a Romantic Dinner and a Private Concert with Brian McKnight...one of her favorite singers!

"I saw him put a condom on, even in the HEAT OF THE MOMENT..." she told herself. "I MADE SURE he wore one since God knows WHERE HE'S BEEN...! So how did I get Pregnant?" she kept asking herself and couldn't come up with an explanation.

Putting all her questions aside all she can think about was her baby...her little girl who was actually POSING during the sonogram and Dr. Miller was able to tell the gender.

"I'm having a little girl! You think your Papi will be happy?!" she said putting her hand on her stomach. "I can't wait to tell him and to hold you!" she said happily!

Her baby girl looked healthy and her due date was set for November 2nd, a day before Colin's Birthday. WHAT A COINCIDENCE...she just PRAYED that Colin would be happy about the news!

On her way to Colin's house, she had stopped at the grocery store to pick up some Breakfast foods and other goodies for the "Surprise Brunch" she was planning for him. She had also planned on a 'UNIQUE' way to tell him she was pregnant.

Getting a gift bag with a "Happy Anniversary" and "Congratulations" balloons tied on the handles, she bought a Pink Teddy Bear that says "It's A Girl" and a white onesie that says "Daddy's Princess" she put it inside the bag and got a card saying "Congratulations on the..." in the front of the card and then inside it said "...Father to Be!" Signing it, she put the Ultrasound picture of their Baby Girl inside it an sealed it. Smiling, she put it inside the bag and took off to his house but NOT before checking her phone...

P found it strange that Colin hadn't responded to her text messages, voice mails and hadn't picked up her phone calls since they last spoke the day before. She knew he was upset but he hasn't stayed NOT talking to her this long. "He probably went out with his friends or needed time to cool off...!" she thought to herself.

Pulling up to his house, she shut off the car and grabbed the bags she had brought. She notices both of Colin's cars in the driveway and heads to the front door. Unlocking it she walks in and notices how quiet it was..."He's probably sleeping!" she told herself and walked to the kitchen.

Preparing the 'Surprise Brunch' for Colin, she walks through the house and notices the mess all over which was a surprise to her since she knew Colin was such a 'Neat Freak'! Brushing it off, P heads up the stairs until noticing a red and black stiletto that didn't belong to her. Having a hollow feeling in her stomach she walks up to the first bedroom noticing three strange people laying on the bed. "WT?" P exclaimed shaking her head in disbelief she started to get mad. Turning around, she started walking toward Colin's bedroom.

Feeling her feet start walking towards his room she didn't want to know what she will see on the other side of the door. Sighing, P stood there not wanting to think the worst. Not wanting to JUMP to any conclusions until she found out for herself what had happened the night before she just told herself "There's a simple explanation for all of this! He had a few friends over and let them crash cause they were too wasted to drive...!"
