I wake up with a big smile.

Wait why am I smiling.

Oh shit I went on a date with Lorenzo last night.

I smile again as all the memories come rushing back.

No Divya don't smile.

Bad

I didn't have any nightmares last night. No monsters chasing me, no one telling me I'm worthless, no monsters torturing me just me being able to sleep.

I get out of bed feeling a lot happier?

Once I reach my lovely destination which is which my bathroom I do the normal. Nothing interesting.

Divya- 7 years old

"Mama, papa look I got a kitty" little Divya yelled as she ran through the loving home with a Toy cat.

The thing Divya loved about this house the most was the warmth it provided. It provided protection and love. It felt like home.

"Wow slow down there you little booger" her dad said while catching her by the waist when she was running down the stairs

Divya giggled. Her sweet giggles could be heard a mile away. They where so sweet they could brighten anyones day.

Her mum heard her little giggles from the kitchen where she was making a batch of chewy chocolate chip cookies.

"Mama" Divya yelled as she ran to the kitchen and clung onto her mamas leg.

"What did your papa say little one" her mother lightly scolded her.

"Im sorry mama" Divya said as she looked down at the floor.

Mama quickly lifted her chin with her index finger and told her "when you apologise never look down ok baba"

Divya quickly looked up and nodded.

"Mama can I help make cookies" Divya said while trying to look at what her mama was making.

Her mama gave a warm smile that she was always remember.

"Of corse baba"

"Wait are we making the chocolate chips ones with extra chocolate?" Divya asked excitedly.

Her mama nodded with a smile. She turned to see her husband leaning against the doorway with a smile on his face.

I quickly shook my head to pull me out of my memories.

I miss them dearly.

My mama was the most wonderful woman you could ever meet.

She made sure she knew that I knew I was loved.

She would always take me one of her cookies whenever I was sad or on a bad mood. She would make them just for me and I would never share them with anyone.

If anyone hurt mamas baby they would get more then just a scolding she made that clear.

Every weekend she would always take me out to the garden to pick flowers and spend ages telling me how beautiful the flowers were.
