I nodded towards him slowly as he smiled at me from across the table "You okay hun?"
I nodded again looking at him anxiety rising up through my head making my heart beat faster than it should towards him. At the sound of hearing his voice call me that. I shouldn't love it. I shouldn't want it. Not from him anyway, not from my best friend. I shiver slightly at the thought of how he'd react when I told him. He smiles at me. "You cold? Do you want my jacket?" I ignore him as i continue to think about how'd he'd react.
"hey, tristan? Are you listening?" I looked up into his worried eyes and intermediately calmed down as the bright blue colour gazed at me. I nodded smiling softly then the words flew from my mouth before i could stop them, my voice sounding foreign to my ears.
"Yes.. But we need to talk." He looked shocked and nodded. I don't blame him i'd be shocked to if you heard your boyfriend talk for the first time in a year and a half.
