And so finally, the boy resigned to his tree
Thinking of joy and pain of creating things
He wished so much to get drunk on art
But didn't know just where to start
He thought so deeply on his past discretions
Taking a moment of self-reflection
"An idol or an artist, it doesn't matter"
So the boy leaned back and took the latter

And so Namjoon once again sat in front of his tree; the tree that, over the years, had become his only place of comfort. His mind raced with all the happiness and hardships that came from what he did; writing songs, performing them. Joon's one wish was that he would become intoxicated with the art of music, but this was something he never quite knew how to do.
Thinking heavily about his past discretions - choices he had made that he would come to regret - he continued his journey of self-reflection. This was a journey he had began long ago, against the very same willow tree he visited to this day.
He questioned his career path, all the things he had to go through to achieve his current status. "An idol or an artist, it doesn't matter." he thought. So he leaned back and decided that, if he must be anything, an artist was what he wished for; an artist that could get drunk on art just as he had hoped.
RM was a persona. RM was an idol. But Namjoon didn't have to be. In fact, Namjoon could be whatever he wanted.
