Jisoo and Taeyeon were baking something that Taeyeon used to grow up eating,

"Can you get the paper?" Taeyeon asks while putting on her apron, "I forgot it upstairs"

"Okay," Jisoo says before running upstairs to the older girls' room, she opened the door before seeing the sheet on the desk. She picks up the sheet before seeing something else-

Adoption: Kim Jisoo

She stared at the paper, did she want to adopt me?

"Did you-" Taeyeon walks in the room but freezes seeing Jisoo holding the adoption paper, "oh."

"Y-you wanted to adopt me?" Jisoo asks as Taeyeon didn't meet her gaze, "You wanted to adopt them? Why didn't you?"

"Because they deserved to go to homes, They wanted to leave." Taeyeon looks down, she was afraid.

"But I know no one wants a teenager." Afraid of the rejection.

"Adopt me then." Jisoo says as Taeyeon looks at her shocked, "I- I mean if you want!" Afraid to hold them back.

"Okay." Taeyeon says as Jisoo widens her eyes, "I'll do it." For us, we have to step out of our shells, don't we?

After spending time with Taeyeon, Jisoo currently sat with Lisa for lunch. Chaeyoung was busy today helping her sister, so their plans had to cancel.

"Did you ever love someone?" Jisoo asks as Lisa drank her soda,

"I did." Lisa says, "But they had to leave." She frowns as Jisoo saw the slight pain in her eyes.

"Why did they leave?" She asked as Lisa chuckled,

"I still don't know." Lisa says softly, "Enough about me, why are you asking?" She questions as Jisoo avoided her eye.

Step out of the shell.

Chaeyoung wiped her forehead as she sat back in the wooden boxes, she had to help her sister at the shop today. She sighs as her body aches in exhaustion, the dozens of flowers that she remembers vividly- she remembers the ones at the funeral.

She stands up and gets back to her work.

"Need a hand?" She looks overseeing a boy she remembers,

"Kai? It's been a while." She says as he nods, "sure, an extra hand would be helpful." She smiled as he helps her lift the box.

"How's life?" He asks as she groans, "Tough?"

"Not really but it's boring." She says, "Unnie has been working nonstop." She complained.

"What about school?" He asks as Chaeyoung looks away, "Chaeyoung?"

"It's going good, I have friends."

"That's great!"

"I guess..." She shyly says as they place the box in the truck, "So how's your life?" She questions as Kai rubbed his neck,

"Taking care of vegetables is a tough job." His father was a farmer after all, "Dad makes it seem easy."

"He has talent."
