D-Day 1

I never thought that thinking about what to wear would he the hardest point in my life. Levi has seen me many times already, but today is different. After a months of holding ourselves back, finally we could talk to each other facing the figures we've been longing to be with. Or it's only me?

Going back to my small dilemma, what do you think I decided to wear? A wedding gown? Oh yes, I, Y/N, did consider that.

"Isn't this too tight?" I asked herself for the 57th time trying to convince myself that the dress what I'm currently wearing is not worth it for a date. But it's pretty and my curves are showing.

"Well we're not going to hook up so-"

Giving up with the tight dress, I instead chose my long strawberry one. I decided to keep it simple since it's just a casual date, also, it would be weird if I wear too extravagant at the exhibit. Let my art shine alone.

Today's weather is a bit nice. It's not sunny but it seems going to rain either. Mu only resort is to pray to whoever may hear my pleads. I loves rain but it would be lovely to exempt this day, maybe if we'll have a romance under the drizzle it's okay. But hey! How about the picnic that we prepared? Anyway, the most important thing today is that, the art exhibition and Levi's presence.

Picking up my house keys, I answered Hange's call and waited for the taxi to arrive in front of my house. This is going to be a long day.

Seeing the faces of amazed visitors is enough to make this day special. I worked so hard for this opportunity to show how I love arts. The last person I want to see my piece is the son of my favorite owner of coffee shop near my street. I am fluttered to greet the visitors who praises my art, but I do also feel anxious every time they pass by. One of them could be Levi.

It's already past 5 and I've been getting a few updates from him. This place will close at 6 which means I'll bee seeing Levi in a bit. Once again, I brushed my hair to atleast look presentable to him. Talking to the visitors made me so tired and look... like someone who have been shot a multiple times.

"Hey miss. Is that your boyfriend?"

Asked the child who has been standing in front my painting for a long time, pointing at the black haired man who is staring back at me.

"No. I don't know him."

I answered slightly creeped out and disappointed. I thought it was him.

"I'm not pertaining to that man. Look who's behind him."

For the second time, it wasn't him.

"No."

20 minutes before closing time. Levi isn't contacting me anymore making me feel nervous and sad. He's not even sending me a message if he's already on his way. Our houses is not that far from him, it's impossible he's stuck on his way.

What should I do if he didn't come?

"Alright! Thank you guys for participating for today's exhibition! I hope to see you again next time with your beautiful masterpiece."

I detached my painting from the wall weakly preparing to go home. Levi is not replying to my messages so I think there's no point to hope for the date. Sighing heavily, I almost slipped the painting making the rest of the artist here look at me in concern. Reassuring them that I'm alright, everyone get back to their own track.

I try not to think about think about him, but part of me still hopes that he will come. We promised to see each other at 5:30. It's almost dinner and the exhibition place is already closed. He's not waiting outside either since there is no sign of that clean freak man. No, I'm not angry.

I'm just disappointed.

Okay fine I'm sad.
