The day began with full chaos

Uska case main hi handle kar rhi thi plus uski medical history bhi mujhe hi pata tha....she was actually suffering from a heart disease so I need to go call attend nhi kiya kyuki OT mein thi aur jab tak call karne ki baari aayi tab tak I think everything just ended."
