I still remember the third of December, me in your sweater

You said it looked better on me than it did you

They stood outside the restaurant, hysterically laughing. Piper looked at him, trying to keep in her laughter to berate him, but the stern look left her face again as soon as her eyes met his blue ones.

"I can't believe you got us kicked out of the restaurant!"

Finn leaned closer to her, whispering in her ear in a fake British accent "Why young man, you are absolutely scandalous! Improper manners!"

Piper burst into another fit of laughter, unable to control herself at Finn's imitation of the waiter that kicked them out.

"Finn, you started a dance party at the classiest restaurant in the area!"
"Exactly Pipes, don't you see? It needed a little more life, it was too boring!"

Piper smiled at him, looking up towards the sky as she felt a few drops of water start to touch her face. She shivered slightly, crossing her hands over her chest "My mom will take a while to get here, and obviously we can't walk home. She's probably gonna kill us"

She looked over to see Finn taking off his blue sweater, and it would be a lie if she said she didn't look at the little skin he revealed as his shirt slightly lifted up with the sweater. He handed her the sweater, and she shook her head.

"No it's okay, mom will be here soon anyways"

"Cmon pipes, you're freezing"

"you're cold too"

"I promise you I'm fine. Take it." He nudged the sweater towards her and she sighed, finally relenting and pulling the sweater over her head. The sleeves were a little too long for her and it was huge, but it was warm. She looked over at Finn to find him softly smiling at her, and for a moment she just stared in his eyes, completely taking him in. Then she coughed and looked at her phone

"Oh! Riley is close by so she's gonna come fetch us, come on" She took his hand and pulled him off the bench, giggling as his body lightly collided with hers from the force.

As they walked a few miles in silence, admiring the city and the Christmas lights, Piper spotted Riley's silver car parked around the corner.

"Oh there she is! Let's go. Oh, here's your sweater"
Piper made an attempt to pull it off her but he took her hands, stopping her from doing so.

"Keep it, it looks better on you anyways".

Piper sat with Amy and Finn, her eyes drifting between the two of them as they laughed over an inside joke she didn't get. She left them alone for a few hours and they managed to get this close? I mean, she should be happy... shouldn't she?

"Pipes?" She heard Finn say to her left, and she turned to see his eyes trained on hers.
"huh?"
"I was asking if you wanted sugar or not? I know you're on a low sugar lifestyle thing"
"Uh, yeah sugar is fine"
"okay" Finn hummed as he poured a spoon of sugar in her tea. He didn't put milk. He never did, he knows she hates it. She grabbed her cup of tea, lightly taking a sip from it and trying not to burn her tongue.

"Woah Pipes" Amy said, laughing "that's not the proper way to drink tea"
"It isn't?" Piper asked, looking visibly confused

"Well look who isn't a chai master" Finn shook his head in mock disappointment "This is how you do it pipes"
