muse a recently lost a loved one. they weren't coping with it well. they didn't know how to cope. other than push everyone away. muse b, their partner, was growing wary. wondering why their partner was avoiding them. eventually, coming to the conclusion that muse a was cheating on them, they broke up with muse a, not giving them a chance to explain. they later find out what really happened and immediately tried to get muse a to take them back.
