muse a has never had a good relationship with their parents. they always saw other people with their parents and how much those people loved their kids and always wished they could have that. now an adult, muse a had given up on the hope that their parents would change. they're married and expecting their first kid, but they're terrified. muse b, though, is more excited then muse a had ever seen them and muse a already knows they're going to be an amazing parents. it's themself they're worried about.
