A weeks later
Penny had left Sam for good and she decided to resign in one job
And worked as a Doctor in the new hospital
She was happy but missed her daughter
Penny was promoted in higher position, she enjoys her job well
She didn't find anyone and enjoyed being cousin and having time to Jane
One time, Helen came and said "Penny come quick we have an injured Patient here we needed you because you're an expert about Injuries"
Penny had choice but to rush she put on her gloves and get her medication equipment and went to the er to see him,
And to her supprise it was
"Saaam!!" Penny was shocked
"Peennnnnyyy, I had a bad accident"
Penny looked at him that he had a heart attack ,
Pennys flash back came, but even though they already had a divorce
She did her job ,
Sam was admitted to the hospital,

Penny went to the room, and her flashbacks went on her mind about  the bad things that make her mad
"This is what you deserve Sam" Penny said angry 😡
Penny added "your such a gay, gays don't deserve to be treated
I wish that you" Penny sob " die during the surgery or maybe In your arrival"
Penny cried harder in anger and she something on the table that Dr Jane removed during his test and saw that it was his pendant and opened the hear and saw her picture and his picture with their pass away daughter that made her sob her, the best things she had been with her ex husband
Penny couldn't hold her tears so she run away from him
Penny went to her office to cry
"are you OK cuz" Jane said
"no I just dis..." Jane hugged before she could complete what she is answering,
Jane helped her to stand and wiped Penny's tears
Penny just hugged Jane and Said everything
In the next day
Penny came to his room and to visit him with flowers
And Sam said in the week voice
Penny looked him smiling weekly
And said "I brought you flowers " Sam nodded
As Penny placed it on the table
"Penny I had something to say about you, Pen.... I just want to say Iiim so sorry if I hurt you that that Time and... I just want to say I'm sorry Penny for dumping you"
She smiled and answered "it's okay honey, all you have to do is to wait for your surgery is on going" sam said in weak voice "I can't reach out for  the surgery Pen..."
Penny said " What are you talking about, I can help financially, you can do this sam besides we can give discounts if you can't pay your medical fees "
Sam said "that's not I'm saying, I can't pay but... I only have this day pls tell everyone that I love you especially you Penny." before Penny can say everything, Sam stopped breathing and Penny took off her stethoscope and check his heart beat, the heart monitor is going down, Jane and other facilities came
Penny did her best to do the CPR but it became useless
He passed away
Penny cried so hard and Jane hugged her,
3 hours passed
Charlie 6  came
Penny said "I'm sorry Charlie but your brother is dead"
Charlie was mad and said "dead... Non no This can't be happening

Charlie burst out crying and said "My wife was gone and klnow my brother, (Charlie started to shake his brother )" what the hell is wrong with mee"Pennys tears flowing down and hugged him to comfort him
1 Hour passed by
Charlie Jones said "Im so sorry Sam I couldn't visit you because you know I'm an lawyer  now and I'm in the supremecourt lastmorning  and I wasn't allowed to visit you last morning I'm such a bad brother"
Penny answered "I'm so sorry for not able to save your brother I'm afraid if you sue me because you loved your brother so much?
Charlie said" it's OK I should be the one who is apologizing you
I had a letter for you from him "
Charlie gave the letter to Penny and She read the letter
" Dear Penny
I should be telling this year's ago,
But I don't want you to stop your
Studies in medical school
I'm actually Bisexual, I actually had an ex boyfriend and it was dhen that I him pregnant
And one I had actually a heart disease since I was born I had a hole in my heart and I couldn't tell so you couldn't worry
