It was another casual work week. In fact, it was Friday which was pay day and the day before the weekend! Kim Minjun was currently on his way to the office building via a cab. It wasn't too expensive since the drive is 15 minutes-plus it was very early, almost 7:30am.

One might ask why Minjun was arriving before his coworkers' scheduled 9am-6pm work hours, and that is because the boy was co-assisting for their CEO, Jeong Jaehyun. The reason being that their boss' current personal assistant, Seo Hana, lacked motivation and a proper work ethic.

'She's an overall amazing person to talk with though.' was Minjun's description of Hana.

In the case of various incidents, Hana found herself piling her own work onto Minjun's, who was kind enough to finish for her. But once Jaehyun had found out that this was a natural occurrence, he decided to promote Minjun's current position in order to create some kind of fairness in the office. . . or so he thought.

Despite Hana's selfish acts, it wouldn't surprise anyone that she's flirted with the boss any chance she could get. At least she wouldn't overdo it, it was just more obnoxious rather than being provocative.

As the cab soon parked in front of the large office complex, Minjun paid the driver electronically before exiting to his workplace. The boy had greeted the custodians, who were present in the building before office hours, then made way up the elevator to his office floor. After hearing the elevator chime along with the doors opening, Minjun entered his personal cubicle, settling down before finally getting to unfinished work from the previous day.

The work wasn't entirely too much to handle, but it exceeded more than what was asked of his position. One would believe that co-assistants would share the workload 50/50 or even 60/40, being that Minjun already works under Jaehyun. With Hana, the division of labor was divided 30/70, Minjun obviously having the majority.

When his coworkers were first informed about Minjun's situation, they were in awe. They cared for the male as much as he did for them, which many of them wanted to report to Jaehyun about the drastic amount of work that Minjun deals with on a weekly-basis, but he was quick to defend Hana-which was pointless. And because of him defending Hana, others believed there was something occurring between the two.

Minjun continued working for an hour, the sun rising a significant amount compared to when he'd first arrive, meaning his colleagues should be arriving soon.

While taking a small break to yawn and stretch, he took a moment to retrieve his small make-up pouch, fixing any discoloration or blotchy areas with concealer.

*ding ding~*

The elevator chimed, revealing a large group of people chatting amongst each other as they separately walked to their designated cubicles.

"Morning everyone~!" Minjun greeted his coworkers in his usual cutesy tone, who returned the gesture as well.

"Morning Minjun!"

"Good morning Minjun!"

Their facial expressions were more positive after being greeted by the boy, everyone on the floor was now being seated or preparing to settle before the start of the work day. Minjun put away his cosmetics, being suddenly greeted by a familiar male colleague.

"Morning Minjun. Working before scheduled hours again?" The male voice spoke.

Glancing up, Minjun gave a small smile as he greeted him back. "Morning Doyoung! And yes, I did. But I-"
