The Magical Peoplez

Chapter 5

"Water!"
"Tornado!"
"Ash attack!"
"Ice shield!"
"Vine grab!"
I burst out laughing. "Vine grab? Really? That's the best you could come up with?"I was doing combat training at my house with Christine, Ella, Ariel, and Ashley. We used to do this all the time, but this time we had powers-for real. It wasn't really any different other than that. We got our powers like a week ago, and we have gotten a lot better at them.
"Oh shut up Rachel it's not like you could have come up with something better!" Yelled Ariel.
"Yes I could. Grabvine."
"That's not better."
"Yes it is." Ashley stated. It was like our thing to make fun of Ariel.
"Let's just do more combat training." Christine said.
"Vine grab!" Ariel yelled as another vine flew at Ashley.
"Fire!" Instead of hitting Ashley, the vine burst into flames and died. "Haha!"
Without speaking, I used my magic to fly up. I blew Ella over. Christine tried to drench me, but I blew it back at her. Then Ella froze her.
"I'll melt her!" Ashley called. She used a little bit of fire to melt the ice.
"Thanks!" Said Christine. "Let's take a break."
"Yeah let's go get some pizza." Ashley said.

An hour later, after we ate pizza, we continued combat training.
"Ice sword!" Ella said as a sword made of ice appeared in her hand.
"Vine grab!" Ariel said, as a vine grabbed the sword and took it.
"We gonna let it burn burn burn, we gonna let it burn burn burn burn!" Ashley sang as she lit the vine on fire and melted the sword.
I used my wind powers to fly a stick to me, and hit Ashley with it. Then I tried to hit Ariel.
"You can't him me with a stick, it's part of nature, so ha! In your face!"
"Tornado!"
"Fire!" Ashley and I tried to hit her at the same time. Our powers combined, and became a fire tornado. It swirled around, and hit Ariel and Ella.
"Ahh!" They both screamed. Then their screams stopped. What happened to them? Soon the fire tornado stopped. We stared at their motionless bodies. Did we just kill two of our best friends?
"Oops." Said Ashley.
