Macaque and wukong had gotten on better terms since that one night. It almost felt like how they used to be, but with a lot of changes. Macaque was in his room. Changing his clothes. He sighed softly as he felt exhausted from doing body exercises and over all just getting himself more in shape. He had been quite weak from not eating, or actually doing anything. So, he wanted to get stronger again.

Macaque threw on a tank top and he finally took his scarf off, it felt nice having it off. Even though he felt anxious without it. He didn't bother putting pants on, he just had boxers and a tank top. It's not like there was people over. Macaque soon left his room, yawning.

Macaque walked to the living room, flopping onto the couch and laying on his back. Wukong was in the kitchen, talking to someone on a phone or something. Macaque put his arms behind his head, not being able to get comfortable positioning with his hair. He sat up, and grabbed a tie that was around his wrist and put his hair into a ponytail.

Macaque laid back down, closing his eyes. Wukong soon walked into the living room, smiling. "Ok I just got off the phone with MK, he wants to meet up with you." Wukong said, making Macaques eyes open immediately. He sprung up, staring at him. "What? I thought he didn't like me? Is he planning something?" He asked quickly.

Wukong laughed, grabbed macaques hand and pulling him off the couch. "No you dork, he just wants to get on better terms with you. You should probably get dressed in some pants if you want to keep your dignity ." Wukong said, before walking to his room.

Macaques face was flushed red of humiliation, and sort of fear. He ran to his room, quickly throwing on some pants and putting his scarf over the tank top. He groaned, "god he's annoying sometimes.." he mumbled, but he had to admit. He loved how annoying Wukong was. He could just listen to him all day.

Macaque shook his head and groaned, he looked in the mirror, he looked homeless. He put his hair into a neater ponytail, and put on some eyeliner (gay people stuff). He smiled a bit, before turning around to his door. He grabbed a pair of shoes that sat near it, and put them on. He stretched for a moment, before walking out of his room.

Wukong was by the front door, already ready. He looked at macaque, smiling. "Alright, you ready?" He asked, and Macaque nodded. Wukong took macaques hand and walked out of the house, hopping on his cloud with macaque. Wukong smiled at Macaque, and then started to dash through the sky.

Macaque held onto Wukong, not remembering if the cloud was sturdy or not. He also just wanted to have an excuse to cuddle with Wukong in the moment. Wukong smiled, wrapping his tail around the others body. Holding him close, as they continued to fly through the sky.

They soon made it to pigsy's noodles, Wukong and Macaque got down, their tails holding one another. Macaque was of course nervous, he barley interacted with people. Wukong was nervous too, but he opened the door to the shop. There sat Mei, MK, Tang, Sandy, and Pigsy.

They both walked in, everyone staring at Macaque. No one noticed that the Six eared Macaque, was no longer "six eared" which was a relief. Macaque stood extremely close to Wukong, blinking a few times as he looked at all of them.

Wukong then spoke up, "so, you all know who this is. The Six Eared Macaque. I know wherever you look, everyone will say, well..he's bad. But that's not the case, I was angry and young and I said and did not such good things. But, he really is a good person." Wukong said, smiling softly at Mac.

Macaque blushed softly at his kind words, glancing away from all of them. MK stood up, walking in front of Macaque. "I know we got off on the wrong foot, so! Let me introduce myself properly. I'm Monkie Kid! MK for short!" He said cheerfully, putting his hand out.

Macaque looked at his hand, then took it. MK shook it, smiling softly. "Its nice to meet you." He said with hesitation, soon letting go of his hand. He didn't like contact much with other people, of course he loved Wukongs physically love. But with other people, not so much. Mei pushed MK out of the way, grinning.

"Hey there! I'm Mei, it's nice to formally meet you!" She said, her dragon tail swaying behind her a bit. Macaque nodded a bit, keeping his face hidden in his scarf a bit. He didn't like socializing. Even if they trusted him, he didn't feel exactly comfortable talking to them.

Tang walked up next, he adjusted his glasses. "It's nice to meet you Macaque, I have to say you do look a lot different from what monkie king has said you would look like." Tang said knowingly, glancing at Wukong. He kind of held a grudge against him for lying about such a great warrior. Yeah sure, he looked up to Wukong. But he was a bad person. Not at all like the stories.

Tang then walked away, sitting down on his stool. He glanced at wukong again, glaring just a bit. Sandy stood up, walking over to Macaque. "It's nice to meet you new friend!" He said, smiling. Macaque looked at him, jeez he was huge. "Yeah, nice to meet you too.." he mumbled, his tail tightening around Wukongs,

Sandy offered him some Tea, but he denied. Last up was Pigsy, which Macaque seemed intimidated by. Pigsy walked up to him, looking him up and down. He put his hand out, "it's nice to meet you." He said with a forced smile. He needed to be nice because, well it was Wukongs uhm..friend? Macaque took his hand, gently shaking it.

It was a few hours later, macaque had gotten more comfortable with all of them. Though, they were heading home now. They waved goodbye, and walked out of the shop. Wukong kissed Macaques cheek, smiling. "That went well!" Wukong said, and Macaque nodded, blushing softly.

They both got on top of the cloud, macaque was exhausted. He laid down, his head laying in the others lap. Wukong smiled, and sped off with him. He let Macaque fall asleep, he knew he'd done a lot today. His tail held macaques body, since he couldn't hug him with his arms he'd do it with his tail.

After a while of flying in the sky, they made it home. Wukong debated whether to wake him up or not, but he decided not to. He got off the cloud, picking Macaque up carefully. He took macaque inside of the house, going into his room and placing him on his bed. He kissed his forehead gently, putting the covers over him.

Wukong walked out of his room, shutting the door gently. He stretched and yawned, he was getting tired as well. He walked to his room, taking off his shirt and hopping on his bed. He pulled a blanket over him, closing his eyes and drifting into a wonderful sleep.

(A/N) this story is a bit shorter than the rest, but oh well. Please give me ideas for the next chapter! Whether it's angst, smut, whatever. I just need something to write.
