Jason had peeped that Leo wasn't letting me go and decided to let him drop us off. He gave me one of those tight hugs with Leo still holding my hand. I was actually glad they were both not the violent type cause things would have gone left so fast.

Jason looked at Leo and said, "may the best man win." Leo just nodded and we all walked to his whip. Tifa and I got into Jason's as Mariah and Monique drove off in Dushane's. When we were all settled and driving off, Tifa asked Leo to put on some music, guess she didn't want him hearing our shit. Her phone kept on ringing and she hang up all the time. "He walks out and now he's blowing up my phone. Niggas." she said mostly to herself.

"So, Monique has a crush on Jason and he has a crush on you but I know you aren't feeling him. What are you doing to do about that?" Tifa asked talking in a low tone. " OMG, I know. I need to drop his ass like yesterday. But nothing has happened so far. Honestly, I think both of them would make a good couple. They are both good rappers and stay smoking that shit." I said and we all chuckled. I promised her that I'd do it soon.

My phone's screen lit up and there was a text from Jason. " I hope y'all arrived well. I'll see you tomorrow. Goodnight. You are a queen." I showed Tifa the text and she just nodded looking out of the window. We alighted the car, Leo wanted to walk me to my hostel but I insisted that it was okay. I was knocked out in no time.

I was woken up by Mariah being loud on her phone. " You are a lowlife, broke ass nigga. You should stop calling me. You are the one who disrespected me first and now that I want nothing to do with you, you wanna come back like nothing happened? You are a bitch ass nigga Jared!"

Sis handled that man the way he deserved. I got up, actually happy that I didn't have no hangover. Today was the day that I'd tell Jason that I wasn't any bit interested. It was going to be hard but it had to be done.
" Can you believe this boy?" Maria said getting up and plugging her charger to the socket.

"We all knew he'd come back 'Riah. Them hoes he had that day got nothing on you babe." I said going in to hug her. We hugged for like two seconds until, "go brush your teeth Ave," she said pushing me away. "You know you love me." I said chuckling walking away to go handle my hygiene. I took a shower, cleansed my face, then moisturized it and applied sunscreen. I wasn't doing much today. My lace was starting to lift and I needed to get that fixed.

"Act up, you can get snatched up..." I sang along to City Girls' song that was currently playing in our hostel. "We need to get breakfast Riah" I said changing into the day's outfit. Mariah was now beating her face lightly which made me change my mind. I can't resist make up. I did a light face beat because we had to come back and study after our breakfast. We had pancakes, eggs and some bacon.

It was a plus for us being in the same class. We finished our assignments some minutes after 2.00pm and we were so famished. "We need to order some takeout." Mariah said yawning. "What do you want?" My phone pinged and it was a text from Jason asking if we had eaten.

" I think Jason wants to bring us food. " I said to Mariah. She looked at me at came to sit next to me. "You know you have you handle that situation Ave." I cupped my forehead with my palms. "Is it that obvious?" I asked.

"So obvious hun. Monique is always talking about him. I know it's going to be weird but just tell him." I blew air out my lungs. She was right. "I should tell him to come over." I said finally and Riah nodded.

In no time, Jason was here with our lunch. Mariah and I were so hungry, the food didn't last more than twenty minutes. "There's a friendly on the court, around where I stay." Jason said. "Maybe you girls can come?"

"Okay. Ave, I'll be back in a few." Mariah said, signaling that she was leaving so I could talk to Jason. I looked at him, ".... So, you and Julie would make a lit ass couple." I said searching his eyes. He looked at me with raised eyebrows and his phone rang immediately. "Jamie, oh, you there already? Okay man I'm coming." he said getting up. "Can we talk about this later?" he asked and all I did was nod.
