last time on Final Action, Stennis killed the creator and went down to orbit, there he was greeted by everyone who cheerfully welcomed him back.

Ommiter: The person who saved me also came back...I'm grateful.
He lands on his carrier deck, gets off, and heads down for everyone. While he celebrates with everyone, on another part of the world is a different story.
Operation Daybreak. Ronograd Island, Russia.
The POD, or the Patriots of Democracy, are corrupt defectors from several intelligence agencies around the world. Their units are issued with red uniforms and have the biohazard symbol on them. The POD for unknown reasons had started supporting RLF rebels before the events of Operation Daybreak. The Ronograd Liberation Front, commonly known as the RLF is an insurgency in Ronograd Island made up mostly of deserters from the Russian Armed Forces. Ronograd Island used to be controlled by the Russians who had an airbase, a fort and a missile silo. At an unknown time (Either before or during Operation Shadow Raid) the POD helped the RLF overrun the island, taking over Fort Ronograd, the communication tower in the mountains, the Department of Utilities, the desert town of El Chara, leaving only Sochraina and the Airbase spared. The Russian forces were later forced to retreat back to the airbase where they called for UN assistance in liberating the island. During Operation Daybreak, (Most likely by the request of the Russians) a UN Task force consisting of elite counter-terrorism units, Special Operations Forces and PMCs from across the globe assembled at the Airbase with an Aircraft carrier in tow and started the long fight against the POD and RLF. A UN Office was also set up at Ronograd city during this time. POD forces would occasionally attempt to take Ronograd City with large quantities in manpower and weapons, but these attempts all proved futile as the more well trained UNJTF forces would always push them back. In turn, the UNJTF had also attempted to retake Fort Ronograd. Although many attempts were successful, the assault force suffered immense casualties and would usually have 60% of their troops wounded or dead, causing the rest to abandon the base and return to the airbase even if the fort was cleared.
Back to Stennis.
While celebrating, he gets called by no other than VanDiver.
Stennis: What now? I literally came back from a mission.
VanDiver: We have a major problem in our hands, and it includes russian territory, they had to stop the russo-ukraine war for this.
Stennis: Explain it for me.
VanDiver: An island by the name of Ronograd has been captured, the UNJTF have been sent out to clear it, but 60% casualties were reported.
Stennis: Stop there, I know the layout of the place. There's a quarry...
While talking, Elizabeth listens from behind. She isn't sure if there's something wrong or it's just personal.
QE: What is he talking about?
Stennis: And a Naval Base, now let me repeat, 60% casualties of people?
VanDiver: Correct. Human lives are being lost out there, you gotta do something about it, Stennis.
QE: There's no way, right?
Stennis: Give me a full 2 months, I'll go and help you all there by that time. If humans are the cost of the operation, then I'll do something about it, I'll end it here, I'll work on the report.
