Scarlets POV
Cameron ignored me and helped Isabelle out the closet but not me. She grabbed my hand and pulled me up. Cameron was staring at me but when I looked up he wasn't.

"The police are on their way." Cameron spoke.

I nodded and began walking to the living room.

"No stop!" He exclaimed.

I walked into the living room and blood was on the floor. If I saw blood I would throw up. My stomach began to churn. I ran out the apartment and began running down the hall. I ran into someone.

"Scarlet?" The voice said.

Dad.

"Hi dad look this isn't really a good time, I don't feel well." I spoke.

"I have good news, I hear your not with that Cameron boy no more." He said with a smile.

"Yeah and?" I asked.

"Well my office opened a building while you were gone in LA!" He exclaimed.

"Well they've been working on it for a while but it's finally done so you can still go to school if you want but that job pays a lot."

"Um." I sighed.

"Come on Scar, this is your chance!" He exclaimed.

"How can I do this if you did something terrible to me!" I yelled.

"Because that boy didn't love you because if he did he would be with you right now instead of that other girl." He spoke.

He was right.

"Okay I'll do it." I said softly.

"Yes!" He yelled.

"Why do you want me to do this so badly?" I asked.

"Because I want you to follow in my footsteps." He smiled.

I nodded my head slowly.

"Wanna go for lunch?" He asked.

"Sure, I'm starving." I told him.

He nodded and I followed him out to his car.

Sirens began roaring and drove into the parking lot. I noticed a familiar car and saw Lauren get out and run past the police.

I've never seen her run that fast before.

She really cares about him.
