[1 year later]

[Camera shows Amara driving down the highway at night, her phone pings and she unlocks to check it]

"

That's dangerous" percy scowls Amara.

"Isn't everything we do?" Amara States.

"Fair enough"

[A video has been sent to her by James of a nearly 2 year old Aelila, written underneath 'we miss you mommy' which she smiles softly at]

"I miss you too"

[She locks the phone throws it on the seat, and starts the speed up driving as quick as she can]

[It's morning now and we see the car driving down a dirt path before pulling up to a farmhouse]

[She exits the car, grabbing her bag before locking the door, then looking at the house with a large smile as she starts walking to the door]

Apollo beams at the look of happy Amara.

[As soon as she enter the house small patters of feet are heard which causes her smile to widen]

Aelila: momma

[Amara kneels down picking up her daughter spinning her around causing giggles out of the girl]

Amara: oh my goodness look how big you've gotten.

Aphrodite squeals at the amount of love them have for eachother.

[She puts her down kneeling infront of her tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear]

Have you behaved for uncle J?

[Earning a nod and a giggle]

James: she's been an absolute Angel, other than constantly trying to shoot me with her bow and arrow toy.

Apollo and Artemis smile at their choice of weapon.

Aelila giggles at James who gives her a mocking glares.

Yelena high-fives her niece.

[James says as he comes out the kitchen]

[Amara smiles at James before ruffling Aelila's hair saying proudly]

Amara: that's my girl.

James: so how was it.

[She doesn't say anything just looks at James with a look that says 'tell you later' which he nods at]

[It's dark outside now, Aelila is in bed, Amara and James are sitting like they were last year, James with a beer as Amara is sat opposite him at the table]

[After a quite minute James finally speaks up]

James: so soulmates huh

Amara: Yup [popping the P]

James: tell me it again.

Amara:
A daughter born from the sea,

The wheels of fate shall begin to turn as she meets the sun at 15,

For her fate to rise in the east and set in the west,

And though a love that has been blessed by fates by the God of light shall be entirely blessed.

"Very dramatic" the twins nod.

[James doesn't say anything just takes another sip of his beer before breathing out]

James: damn, only you Amara only you

The Demi-Gods and spy family snort.

[Amara snorts]

Amara: I know right

James: you going to tell them?

Amara: tell them what?

James: about your past, and about Aelila.

Everyone perks up at this

[Amara stiffens before relaxes and explains]

Amara: I want to, it would be easier for me to tell everyone what I went through, to answer the questions I get asked but always brush off but how do you even begin to tell people what you've gone through when you don't really understand yourself.

It would make it easier for everyone to understand me, to know that I'm not this way it's the way I was made and no matter how much I try to wash my hands of a place I called home I can't.

Her spy family look at her in understanding they feel the same way.

And I don't want the pitty or people seeing me different once they learn what I went through, or for anyone and my dad to feel guilty for it happening because it was just a very tragic thing which there was a very small chance of it being prevented but probably would of still happened.

Podeison although he does feel guilty doesn't show it just kisses his daughters head bringing her into his arms.

It's like I'm ment to be a soulmate to a God, how am I ment to even do that when I don't even really know what love is.

Apollo looks at his love sadly, vows to make her feel more loved and spoil her more even though he already does it a lot anyways.

The love I have for you and Aelila is completely different it just comes naturally, but that type of love, I was told from a young age that its a weakness, that's its for children and it will get you kill and maybe it will because loving a God is dangerous but at the same time i know it can be beautiful.

Sympathetic looks are given at Amara who ignores them and focuses on her sleeping daughter.

And with Aelila, she's only a baby, everytime I finally get the confidence to tell my brother and the people at camp about her something always happens.

Then when something happens that nearly gets us all killed, I don't want that for her, I don't want her being used as bait or something for us, the less people that know her the safer it is and as much as I want her to meet her uncle and the people I tell her about I can't, not yet, at least when she's older and learns to defend her self I will but while she's only a child, I won't have her live in fear like I did that Young.

Percy who has always wondered why he was never told finally understand and he knows if he was in her position he would do that same.

James: well whatever you decide I will stand by you, and im sure there will be a time when you can tell them and i will be there for you every step of the way
