In Chap 10, Vegas wakes up in the hospital & instantly looks for Pete. He even gets a bit violent & shaken. While reading those parts, I became a little concerned that Vegas is turning obsessed (not in a good way) 😟 I wanted Pete to be loved properly, not to be obsessed over.

But then we get Vegas' true thoughts & it's revealed how much he actually began to love/care for Pete, that's when I understood him. Pete was really special to him and he basically changed Vegas ❤️ This whole excerpt explains it all. In Vegas' dark world, Pete became his light.
