"I really hate demons." Said Dean.
"Don't we all." Sam Replied.
"And ghosts, and angels, and all the other crap we have to deal with. And why us? I just wanna live a normal life."
"I agree but I don't see any volunteers to take our place." Sam said with sarcasm in his voice and a smile on his face.
Dean did not share his smile. Instead, he picked up his car keys on the table.
"Me and the Impala are going to get burgers. You want one? Of course you don't. Stay out of trouble while I'm gone. Just watch some porn or something." Dean finally smiles as he walks out the door.

Dean finds the nearest burger place and starts to eat. He doesn't get out of the car; He doesn't want to. He has a lot on his mind. Sam is the only thing he can think of.
"There's something wrong with Sam, baby. He has been acting different ever since he rose from hell. I know how it was for me and he needs to tell me about it. What is wrong with him? He needs to talk about it." Dean often had these conversations with his car.
After his burger and a lot of thought, Dean entered the motel room.
"Where have you been?"
"I told you, I was getting a burger. What's up?"
"Okay so get this, Bobby just called. He said three people have died in a town called Mystic Falls..."
"Okay? What's unnatural about that?." Dean looked down at his feet and wiggled his toes. He was easily amused sometimes.
"Well, for one, their bodies were practically drained of blood. Creepy enough for you?"
"Don't you think this is a bad time to be hunting, Sam? We just got back together and now I know that our Grandpa is alive and.."
"Well, I don't think "Grandpa" is going anywhere any time soon, so why don't we just clear our minds and hunt some vampires?" Sam interrupted.
