The kids and Claudia are currently still relaxing at the side of boat, just basking in peace
That was until something flew out of the chimney on the boat and plomped itself on Lances head
*bonk!*
"....ow" Lance said nochalantly
He grabbed what landed on his head and noticed it was coal
"coal?"
"hm?" Dante turned to him "Where'd it come from?" He asked looking around
"I'm assuming the that" Harper answered pointing at the chimney
"it's a steam boat" Dexter added
Claudia then heard the conversation and got excited
"ooh, ooh! A piece of coal!?" Claudia cheered
She hopped towards them and grabbed the goal
"You ok Claudia? Never seen you so excited" Lance snickered
"Well, I have to show you something cool" Claudia answered with a smirk
Aeron stared for a moment then smiled, it seems he knows what's going to happen
"Check this out" Claudia says as she holds the coal in her left palm
"ok?" the kids watched closely
Claudia's right palm then burst onto flames and she placed it ontop of the coal
"Oh? Oh I see" Harper relized
"What is it?" Dante asked confuse with Lance aswell
"You'll see" Dexter replied turning Dante's head to Claudia
The coal inside Claudia's burning palm began to glow a hot scorching red
"Alright and...now"
Claudia then began to quickly and easily crush the coal
A second later she showed the kids a diamond just slightly smaller than the piece of coal
Lance and Dante stared for a moment
"holy crap!!" Lance jumped holding his head
"W-how did you do that!?" Lance asked
"wait-wait, you made coal into a diamond!?" Dante yelled finally relizing
Claudia laughed at their actions and placed her hands on her hip high and mighty like
"Mwahaha! Would you like to know!?"
Lance and Dante like little kids nodded, sparkles in their eyes
"it's pretty easy, anyone with an element that produces heat can do it!"
Lance and Dante looked at each other excited
"So, we can't?" Dexter asked gesturing to himself and Harper
"If you held it long enough, you could use the friction from the preasure to make the coal hotter so boom diamond"
Harper had some problems with that explanation but decided to hold back on it
"You wanna try?" Claudia asked excitedly
"would we!?" Lance and Dante cheered
Aeron, Harper and Dexter watched on as there was a problem
"one problem there is no coal" Harper informed
Lance and Dante turned to them and cried
"whaaat!?"
