Y/n pov:

(A little swearing)

The last 7 days I had until my super long mission, I spent time with all the pillars before I had to go. I got to go to one of Uzui festivals.

But 7 days had passed, I'm saying my goodbyes to everyone

"Y/n-San, make sure you stay safe!"

"You better come back flashy alive!"

"I will remember you."

"I'll take care of your snake y/n-san."

"Farewell y/n-san come back, you said the butterfly estate soon!" He said smiling widely like always

"Don't die."

"Namu-Amidabutsu, I pray for your well being."

"Y/n-san! I admire you so much, I hope I see you soon!"

They all said their goodbyes but now it was giyuu's turn "y/n you better be safe if that boy or girl does anything, you come to me, okay?"

"Okay brother, I must go now, I can sense we will all be together again soon. Goodbye everyone." I say to all of them they smile at me even sanemi.

I then go back to urokadaki's place "hi dad!" I beamed "hello y/n-san, if tanjiro did make it he will be coming soon." Urokadaki told me

"Okay."

...

I saw tanjiro in the corner of my eye. Next thing you know nezuko is hugging him.

I quickly run to them bracing tanjiro in a hug. "You didn't die..." I mumble to myself.

"Even better, I killed the demon that killed sabito and makomo." He said in between sobs.

Soon urokadaki joined as if we're a big family "thank you so much..." I whispered

15 days later...

Me and tanjiro was standing at the porch watching the person who gave me my sword, I don't remember his name but he's coming to give tanjiro his sword. I think anyway.

He was walking no sound other than tinkling from his hat. He walks up slowly, then stands right infront of us, his face not seen, covered up by his hat.

"Hi there." tanjiro greets "my name is haganezuka, y/n-san already knows that." he says while not looking up at us.

"I've forged tanjiro kamado's sword I am here to deliver it." He says

"Oh! I'm tanjiro kamado, come in." Tanjiro says to him

"This is a nichirin sword. I forged it myself." He continues, while sitting on the porch unraping it.

"Do you wanna come in, have som-" He was cut off by haganezuka.

"The materials that the sword is made out of only comes in the mountains closest to the sun..." he continues on

The man still refuses to listen to a word anyone else says. I thought to myself.

He then finally looks up at us in a jumpscare, he gets all up in tanjiros face "you're a child of brightness, aren't you? That's lucky." He chuckles.

"Um... my parents names were tanjuro and kie." Tanjiro tells him.

"That's not what I mean, your hair and eyes have such a reddish hue to them," he goes on and on.

"That means it's a good chance for the sword to turn red... right urokadaki?" He says loud enouph for Urokadaki to hear.

"Yes" I hear him say from inside.

We're all inside now, Haganezuka is waving his hands in a weird way like he did to all of us... well giyuu and myself.

"Come on, draw it already, nichirin swords are referred to color changing katanas because depending on the bearer, they change color." He explains to Tanjiro,p while I'm resting my head on my hand sitring beside Urokadaki.

Tanjiro draws the sword in a couple of seconds it turns black. "BLACK!?" Haganezuka screams in disbelief.

"That's interesting." Urokadaki says.

"Does turning black mean something bad?" Tanjiro asks, his voice having some scared laced into it.

"What no! It's just unusual for it to be pitch black." I reassured him.

"BUT I WAS REALLY HOPING ID GET TO SEE A SWORD TURN BRIGHT RED!!! DAMN IT!" haganezuka screamed.

He then jumped in the air, and locked tanjiro in a weird way.

"Stop it please! How old are you anyway!?" Tanjiro asks, "I'm 37!!"

Then a crow comes down to the window as their fighting, or haganezuka was.

"Tanjiro kamado, y/n tomioka-san. I bring you orders! You must go to a town, and hurry young girls are disappearing!! Every night at least one girl vanishes you both must hunt down the demon responsible and destroy it!! Tanjiro kamado, y/n tomioka-san, prepare yourself well!!!"
