"Hey Steven"
You said as you arrived at his house

It was a Friday morning

you usually ride the bus with him, since he lives near you

"Oh hey y/n! How are you?"
He asked

"Oh I'm good, i just had a rough nights sleep"
You yawned

You took his arm and skipped to the bus stop

You yawned again and rested your head on his shoulder

A few minutes passed waiting for the bus but it finally arrived

"Finally! I thought i was going to fall asleep!"
You laughed

You took stevens hand in yours and pulled him into the bus, you both paid your fair and took seats

You once again rested your head on his shoulder and took a nap

"Y/n? Wake up. We are here"
You felt Steven stroke your hair and wobble you a bit

"Oh uhh I'm up!"
You slurred

You got up and pulled Steven off the bus

You kept ahold of his hand in your half awake-ness, to your surprise, he didn't let go.

You walked to your place where your supposed to stand. All day. Every day.

Donna, your boss, greeted the both of you with an unwelcoming frown

"You two are late"
She rolled her eyes

"We we're stuck in traffic!"
Steven said, finally letting go of your hand

"Then why does she look like she's slept through the winter?"
Donna said, pointing at you

"She didn't sleep well"
He defended you

"I can answer for myself Steven"
You mumbled

You rubbed your eyes and leaned on the counter

"Look, we're here now so i don't see the problem"
You snapped

Donna gave you a dirty look and left

"Are you sure your alright?"
Steven smiled

"Yeah I'm alright, just slept a little funny"
You smiled back

"Y/n, i care for you so can you come over to mine for dinner maybe?"
He asked

"Oh uhh sure"
You said

Steven unlocked his door and you walked in

You took in the aroma of old books and dust

"Wow, it's like a library in here"
You giggle

You walked over to his bed

"What is this"
You laugh, holding an ankle restraint

"Oh, i have a sleeping disorder"
He looks away

"That's fine"
You run over to his fish tank

"His name is Gus"
Steven said

"Gus? That's a funny name"
You tapped the tank
"Right, you invited me for dinner, what's for dinner?"

"Oh, i thought we could order something..."
Steven muttered

"But your a vegetarian? There is not much you can get"
You pointed out

"Well whatever you have I'll have! Minus the meat"
He laughed
