Ever since Clyde had been refered to the "Second Fattest" kid in the class he didnt eat that often and jsut feel like complete and utter shit about himself. So as soon as he was sudenly the "Cutest Boy In the Class" he let it get to his head, ansd it made him feel better about himself.
