Tweek actually went to rehab (for coffee and meth) and he has bruises, and scars because he would have such a violent reaction to seeing coffee, or even smelling it, where he will bang his arms and feet against things, and he would scratch his arms till he bled because it was so hard for him. He would do these things to try and distract himself. He would get so worked up that for days on end he will not function, he will not eat, not get up from bed, and just refuse to do anything until he calms himself down
