Its 6 o clock in the morning the white and purple walled room is all silent and at rest except for the dust particles which can be seen dancing in the slight ray of sunlight which made its way into the room through slightly parted curtains.
The silence is broken all of a sudden by Shahrukh Khan's famous song
Tujhe dekha to yeh jana sanam
Pyaar hota hai deewana sanam
Alia slowly removes her Tom and Jerry bed covers with a big smile on her face and slowly opens her eyes.
"Goodmoring sweetheart, I love you, I always want to see your face the first thing in morning it makes my day all awesome awesome. Stop smiling like this at me... I love you.." with this she kisses Shahrukh's wallpaper on her phone and keeps it back on side table turning the alarm off.
"Hmmm.. a new day to enjoy life" she draws the curtains open and opens her balcony door, takes a deep breath and lets the fresh air and sunlight soak in her.
"Arghh Alia draw the curtains back" Tanya screams at her and tosses to the other side. "First your SRK and now this. Why do you torture me like this every morning?? What have I done to you to deserve this??" she continued in a dramatic voice.
"You my friend have done the sinful crime of being my roommate and I will keep on torturing you till Jab tak hai jaan.
Tanya covers her face with her pillow.
"Now stop being dramatic and move your lazy bum, else you going to be late"
"Yaa... 5min more"
Alia smilingly shakes her head at her and goes to get ready.
Alia is applying her lip gloss when her phone begins ringing.
"Hey mom... gudmrng"
"Alia... how are you dear??" concern in her mom's voice was visible to her.
"Mom, I am all fit and fine, it's a lovely day and you making me late for my work" she laughs jokingly
"Why do you have to work?? We can send more money munch, you just enjoy and live peacefully"
"Mom I want to be independent and normal... that why I live here... sharing apartment with my bestie"
She closes her eyes feeling irritated with her mom's lecture. It isn't her mother's fault completely as they have a strong financial background. Her parents house is no less than a mansion, servants, butlers, chauffeurs, luxurious cars, pool and what all not... yet she wants to live like an ordinary girl.
"Mom I have to go now"
"Ahmm... alia have you taken..."
"Yes mom I ate everything now don't worry and give me a kiss and let me go"
"Take care my baby"
"You too. Love you byeee"
She looks at the time "oh freak... its 8is... my shift at PizzaPalace starts at 8:15. She grabs her bag and scooty bike keys and rushes off.
