Chapter 8

On the way back Alia suggests that they should play a game as to get their friendship stronger.

"Okay so the plan is I ask you a question and you answer that, but honestly" she says trying to sound strict about the honest part. Sid doesn't reply. She holds the bike's end to keep her from falling and continues "obviously you also get to ask me, I mean that's the game"

"Seriously Alia you, I mean you the chatter box will let me speak?" Sid teases her and gets her eye glaring from the rear view mirror.

"Was that a joke?? OMG Siddharth you are so not funny" she huffs and crosses her hands across her chest. The moment Sid glances at her the cool rain wind makes it way for touching her face blowing her hairs; she closes her eyes and spreads her arms wide open like a free bird in the sky. His eyes couldn't leave her face he gets mesmerize by the way she is looking. For him she looks far better and beautiful than the girls pancaked with makeup and flaunting curves.

Sid parks his bike outside Pizza Palace as soon as he removes his helmet he sees Alia looking at him demanding a yes. Oh right the game thing is still on her mind and on the other hand knowing how childish and crazy Alia is Sid was too scared to say a yes. To avoid her eyes he ruffles through his hairs pretending to set them.

"How pure he is, he is too good for this world" Alia says to herself. Sid catches her staring at him their eyes meet each other rear view mirror becomes the witness of the spark they both were feeling. It starts pouring heavily but this doesn't let the igniting spark to subside. After 5min of mooning into each other eyes throw the mirror, Sid takes a step closer towards her to which she remains unmoved. Sid walks upto her their bodies were now next to one another. Her fingers bordering on his hand. It was something they both never felt.

"Aliaaaa... hurry up inside else you will fall sick" Tanya signals her to hurry up inside.

Sid and Alia gets shy and avoid each other's eye even though deep inside they are dying to glare back.

"We shall get in" Alia says and paces towards the entrance gate without waiting for him.

As soon as she enters Tanya grabs her by her hand and takes her to the staff changing room.

"Slowly... do you remember I have a broken leg"

"Ya ya I do remember but I guess you forgot that I exist in your life and I am your best friend and bbfs are not supposed to keep secrets." Tanya attacks Alia like any other typical girl dying to know all the secrets.

"Secrets?? Huhh?? What secrets?? You know me inside out Tanya"

"Really?? And who was the chipmunk outside??"

"He isn't a chipmunk" defends Alia grabbing a towel and a spare set of clothes from the locker avoiding the look Tanya is giving her.

"Oh... possessive and all. I have just left our room for one night and..."

"And nothing Tanya... he is just driving me around till my leg's cast comes out"

"And what was happening outside?? You two were about to..." she blows a kiss at Alia and ogles eyes at her

"About to nothing Tanya... You know I can't... you know I am not allowed to fall for him... Or fall for anyone in that case"

Tanya's happy and excited face turns into a painful and pity

She walks up to weeping Alia and hugs her.

"Tanya how I wish I had the chance to fall in love..." she breaks down Tanya keeps hugging her and pats her back comforting her.
