Chapter 9

As soon as Alia is out of his sight his mouth agates. "what the hell is wrong with me?? " he questions himself pacing frantically the length of his bike. Mrs Thomas sees him and calls him out " are you trying to fall sick?? " Sid still being shaken up didnt understand what her sarcasm meant and keeps looking at her. " now stop acting like an idiot its raining heavily come inside and get yourself dried " it took a few seconds for Sid to follow what Mrs.Thomas just said and he hastily rushes inside and locks himself in bathroom and opens the sink tap water running. He removes his specks and splashes water on his face. The cold water and drenched clothes leads jitters. He eyes himself in the mirror " what were you about to do Sid??? " he questions himself and hits his wrist hardly on the wall. " what will she think about me ?? And why was i trying to... Am i falling.... " he shrugs at the mere thought of it. " No this shouldn't happen i mean... I met her 2 days back and she has been such a trouble to handle and... Why am i pin pointing her when I am of no good." He wears his specks and looks at himself " look at yourself sid you look like an idiot, why would a girl like Alia so sweet ,cute , pretty and lively fall for you?? " He splashes water at his reflection " wake up " he snaps his fingers at his mirror image and continues " i am not meant for girls like Alia, just take a look at yourself " he steps aback and continues staring " ruffled messy hairs and thick glasses no muscles no degree and and... No job" he sniffs slightly as his failure views flashes to him " and moreover i just have 8 more days to live..." his phone beeps breaking his conversation with himself clearing his moist eyes he reads the text message

Where are u?? We have got a pizza to deliver. Dont worry it has stopped raining

He takes a final look at himself and wonders how the hell is he going to face her.

A/N okay I know its a small chapter but I wanted to keep it seprate from the rest of the day.
