the second Kit got off the plane in the uk, he felt safe. he was home. he couldnt explain it but England had so quickly become home to him. he was so happy he was finally back.
his feelings were only solidified once he got his luggage, when Tommy ran up to him and wrapped him in his arms. Kit hugged back, squeezing his boyfriend tightly and kissing his forehead.
"I missed you." Tommy whispered softly.
Kit sighed, "I'm know, baby. let's get to the car before someone sees us though, yeah?"
"I dont care." Tommy replied, not letting go, "I dont care anymore. I missed you too much to give a fuck about what anyone has to say at this point."
"alright but it's really busy and I'm tired so once we get home we can cuddle all you want." Kit suggested.
Tommy pulled back and nodded. he quickly grabbed ahold of Kit's hand like his life depended on it as they started heading out. and once again they both felt safe.
"can we watch a horror?" Kit suggested.
Tommy whined, "no. you'll tell Will if I get scared like you always do."
"I pinkie promise I won't." Kit replied, holding out his pinkie for the boy to take.
"fine." Tommy mumbled, linking his pinkie with Kit's.
in all honestly, Tommy was just happy to have his boyfriend back and he didn't care what they watched. he would never admit it aloud but he had an attachment to Kit he had never felt before. it kind of worried him in a way.
"I know its dumb but i dont want you to leave again." Tommy mumbled tiredly, resting his head on Kit's shoulder.
Kit smiled softly, "I know, blondie. I'll try be here as long as possible I swear."
Kit was worried about Tommy. he loved Tommy, infact he couldnt imagine his life without him, but he was worried. Kit understood the obvious attachment issues, he had them too, but it was worrying with Tommy.
Tommy loved being around people. he tried to get out as much as possible, being around the people he loved. but with Kit, he struggle more being away from him.
sometimes Kit worried Tommy didn't love him as much as he thought and he was just scared to be alone. he didn't want to believe it but he couldnt help but be paranoid.
maybe he needed to talk to someone about it. or maybe Tommy should talk to someone too.
"I really love you, Toms." Kit mumbled into Tommys hair, trying to take his mind of his stupid thoughts.
Tommy hummed quietly, "love you too, Kitkat.

I wanted to finally get into Tommy's obvious attachment issues in this book.
its all for plot purpose. there's only 7 chapters left so I swear this will bring a nice close to the book.
