The next morning came around and Shikki was now seen already awaken, sitting outside the window and watching the morning sun. He was dressed in a white shirt with a purple waistcoat with a long red ribbon wrapped around the belt which held the boy's wand attached. He also wore purple pants of the same purple color and a pair of brown shoes.
Shikki: Ahh, I could get use to view like this...
He looks at it for three more seconds with grin.
Shikki: Yep, I'm used to it
A small chirp is heard from nearby as the red head turns to his left and see a bird nest with small bird inside awakening up.
Shikki: Hey there, litte guy
The bird squeaks its approval.
Shikki: How are ya feeling? Ready to fly?
The bird squeaks its disapproval.
Shikki: You sure? Good day to try. Heck, if I could fly normally, I'd be soaring through the clouds. No rules, no worries and much more...
The bird, who had been resting in Shikki's hand, has begun to flap its wings. Shikki slowly removes his hands until the bird is hovering in place. He chuckles and shows his hands to the bird, who finally realises that it is flying. It squeaks an approval, then a question, as a flock of birds fly by.
Shikki: Go on! Nobody wants to be cooped up in one place forever!
The bird flies off to join the flock. As soon as it's gone, a voice is heard from inside the dorm
Akko: This is so amazing! I'm at Luna Nova! The school where Shiny Chariot learnt to become a witch!
Shikki: Heh, seems like Akko's up. Hopefully, she hasn't woke up the others.
Peaking inside the room, Shikki saw the Akko with her back to him as she held the Shiny Rod in her hand and Sucy at her desk, working on a potion.
Shikki: Morning, Sucy
Sucy: Mmm
Shikki: I take Akko's fangirling over the rod?
Sucy: For the 100th time by my count
Shikki: Ahh, I see. On the bright side, we did make an awesome discovery. So I guess that counts for something.
Hearing his voice, Akko finally stopped jumping around and turned around to see Shikki hopping into the room.
Akko: Shikki! You're up!
Shikki: Yo.
Akko: Check it out! I still got the Shiny Rod. It wasn't a dream!
She holds the wand up to the boy's face.
Shikki: That's cool. I mean, if this was a dream, we wouldn't be here.
Akko then pulled the wand away and looked down at it.
Akko: It's strange. When I hold it, I feel like I can do all sorts of magic! Move, bed!
She focused the wand on her bed to move it...only for nothing to happen. Confused by this, Akko tried again, and again, and again, only to get the same results.
