AUTHOR'S POV🌺
"Bubba!!" As soon as you entered the school, a cheerful voice filled your ears and the next moment, you were engulfed in someone's arms, that someone whom you missed so damn much.
"IU!" You squealed in happiness seeing your best-friend after so long. Hugging her back tight, you both laughed in happiness while the two males standing beside you and her were looking at you both with awe.
Yeah, the two males were no one other than Jungkook and-
"I missed you!" You said as you break the hug, hitting her arm playfully with a big pout on your lips, making her laugh.
"Yes, I know bubba, and I missed you too." She replies with a pout, and you both burst into giggles. "Babe?" Your moment got interrupted when the male standing behind IU speaks, tapping her shoulder, and that's when you noticed something.
"Wait- is he-" You say looking at the unknown male with wide eyes and mouth agape, but got cut off by your best-friend's voice.
"Yes. Meet my boyfriend, Lee Hyun Woo." She says, getting aside as the male behind her steps forward with a warm smile on his face.
"Hello, nice to meet you two." Hyun Woo says extending his hand for a handshake and you do so, but hearing his statement, a frown plasters on IU's face, and that's when she notices Jungkook standing behind you.
Her heart skipped a beat when her eyes met his, but Jungkook was quick enough to break the three seconds eye-contact with her, shaking the other male's hand.
IU clears her throat, catching your attention. "He-..." She speaks but stops herself in the middle, looking here and there with panic and you immediately understood what she means.
"It's a long story, I'll explain everything." You say grabbing her hand, a small smile on your face. "Let's meet after school." You say and soon bid your goodbyes with her.

AFTER SCHOOL
YOUR PLACE
"Have a seat." You say as the three other people take a seat on the couch placed in your living-area. "I'll bring some snacks and drinks." Saying so, you make your way to the kitchen.
Taking out whatever snacks you had in your cabinets, you place them on the kitchen counter, tearing the packets and placing the food-items in small bowls.
Taking out ingredients to make coffee, you start doing the work, humming a sweet melody along. Moving your body according to the melody, you continue doing the work.
Suddenly, two arms wrapped themselves around your waist and a chin rested itself on your shoulder, making you startled.
"Koo! You scared me!" You whined, hitting his stomach playfully with your elbow, pouting. He laughs, pulling you closer to himself as your back touches his chest.
