08. Impossible Dream

Jin pov

"Wait... So are you saying he is interested in you?" Ken asked me as he turned his chair completely facing me.

We were in our hostel room, writing our assignment that has to be submitted tomorrow. I forget about this one due to Sandeul's issue. If not i would have done it before. But no worries. I already reached the last part but this idiot just started it. Becuase He was on all ears hearing about the meeting between me and that stupid which caused him to stop focusing on his work.

I sighed and look at him as i played with my pen.

"Well... Not sure.. But i had a gut feeling about that. Like... He is attracted to me... Or something like that. His every move seems to be like... To make me notice or impress... But its somewhat weird and creepy. That's what i feel. But thinking about everything happened, i think he has a thing for me or its an act. Like in movies. Getting revenge by breaking my heart for cancelling his wedding. Well,thay second one doesn't seems logical as it was a pure business deal for him. Umm... Well, who knows his real intention? " I chuckled and continued writing my work.

" In my view, The second one won't be the one for sure. I think he is interested in you Jin. Like in that wedding place too, you should have seen how much worried was him seeing you fainting. Think about this. Worried for a stranger who did nothing other than defaming him.. You think that's normal? He just jumped from that platform to hold you leaving his own bride infront of that much crowd. You said he was in awestruck state when you told him about your fake affair. I think.. I think.. ..... Also do you remember in that police station, you told me he was acting weird. I too noticed him staring at you all the time. Also his words. Everything seems sence now. Maybe he won't be able to control his heartbeat in front of you. Fucking hell!! He is in love with you Jin. That's why he behave like that. Wow... Is it a destined love?... Aww... My heartu " Ken finished in a dramatic tone and rested his arms on the table cupping his cheeks. I rolled my eyes as i am not interested in what he was saying.

" Done? That's so nice of you. Then my dear cousin, please go ahead and complete your assignment if you want to sleep. Stop blabbering stupid things and focus on your work." I said without looking at him as i am scrolling through my laptop. Love at first sight.. My foot. Leave it Jin. Concentrate on your work.

Thank God. I am almost finished.

" Yah... Don't change the subject? We are dealing with life issue? How come this matters to you the most?" He scoffed at me. After writing the last sentence, i put down my pen and arranged my papers.

I placed it on my file securely and get up from the table completely avoiding him. He is not gonna stop bragging about this.

" Seriously? Even after he decided to come in our college in search of you, your stupid brain is overthinking right.... For what? Just because he is rich? I am sure, Meeting with Prof. Kim is a mere excuse to meet with you. Hearing from you, i am sure he was jealous when he saw you in Prof. Kim's hold and that caused him break that vase. It was Jealousy man. Oh God. I should be careful i guess. What will happen if he see us getting too close? He breaks a vace now...maybe he breaks my bones in future... I should be careful. " He said which caused me to stop in my tracks. The incidents with that stupid come to my mind.

" Do you have any plans? You need to be somewhere now?"

" Yes. I have plans. "

" With.... your boyfriend? "

" Oh..... My.... Do you have sixth sence?.... Actually... today my boyfriend was planning to introduce me to his family. And we have a dinner date too. But our dinner date is gonna ruin i guess. If we went there later, eomma is definitely gonna compell us to eat from there or maybe stay their for the night. Appa and Eomma are so sweet you know. They treat me like their own son. I have exams coming soon if not i don't mind staying there. But my hostel warden is a little strict. My appa too don't like we sleeping to-
