Y/n's POV
Hailees hand was in mine as we walked down the streets of a small town in northern Denmark where I grew up

"When I met you I thought you were this big city girl who would hate to even get a little bit of dirt under your nails" She said looking over the old houses with small shops downstairs and apartments upstairs

"I played soccer and basketball. I got dirt and sweaty often" I chuckled as the street comes to an end

"Where" She asked turning to me. "Show me where you really grew up" Smiling I pecked her lips before I started to walk to my first school.

"This is where I spent 7 years if my life" I said as we walked into the schoolyard. "That soccer field is where I fell in love with soccer"

"It's gravel"

"Yea. But it was better the concrete where the ball bounced to much. Everyone was always so competitive and everyone played together. The oldest who was like 11 and the youngest who is like 6 or 7"

"Did you fall in love with basket ball her to" She asked pointing over to the small court

"No. That was later in my life. We would play in that small forest sometimes too"

"That is barely a forest" She pointed out

"I was a kid Okey. Everyone was big. My classroom was the one all the way to the right on the highest level. We hated the stairs but I think it was good for us. No one got to leave the school ground but when I ball would roll down the hill like twelve people would ran after it"

"It's sounds really fun"

"It was and when I grew to old for the school I really missed it for the three upcoming years"

"And we're did you go then"

"I will show you" I dragged her out back onto the street as we walked for only about 7 minutes before we stopped again

"Here I spent another three years. It wasn't as good but it was okey" She looked at the school which was shaped like a u. This one only had two floors while the other had seven. "My classroom was those three windows. I made some new friends here I didn't really fell connected to them so it was just like really boring"

"Is this were you fell in love with basketball"

"Yes. We didn't play overly much but I loved it. I loved watching people play and I of course played some for fun which I have just continued to do all my life as you know" I said my armed wrapped around her

"Yea. I know. Late night basketball runs. We do that a few times a month" She grinned at me

"It was my second year her when I realized I was gay"

"Really. Some cute girl or something"

"Oh no. The only cute girl for this town is two years older then me and I played soccer with her. Never really got close to her so yea. But it was when I really started to hang on social media and people like Tobin Heath and Scarlett Johansson started to show up on my phone I realized men aren't for me"

"You had a crush on Scarlett" She mocks me

"Still do" I just answered as we start a longer walk to the place where I spent to many hours practicing

"Hey. What about me"

"Quit it. Everyone one who is just the smallest bit into girls and women have a crush on Scarlett. She looks like really fucking good"

"That's true tho"

When we reached the fields I started to show her around. "That's where the women's team changed. I still remember the first time I walked into that room. I was so nervous. Almost as nervous as when I walked into the junior teams changing room which is there" She just laughed at me. "That's the main field. Only the trainers really liked it. Almost every player want to play on the plastic field because the ball rolls better"

She then continued to listen to me talking about all my years and days I spent on the field. "...and that's how I ended up playing soccer in LA"

"Sounds amazing babe" She said as she looked at me while we were laying on one of the fields. "I would want some food now tho and then some sleep"

"Well then we should start heading back" I chuckle as we got up and started walking to what I use to call home
