➤ CHAPTER IV. | TOUR.

After the feast, [Y] follow Dark Cacao in the kingdom for a tour. The former guardian had never seen such a kingdom like this before. It's rather unexpected to find how big this place is on the inside.

"..." [Y] look around in awed. The ruler of the kingdom noticed the male's expression, "It seems like you've never been in a kingdom before."

"There's no trees or grass around here. Did they die?" [Y] asked with curiosity.

Dark Cacao was taken back a little before letting out an amusing chuckle, "Hahaha. Grass or trees don't grow inside the kingdom, silly. And of course, you don't see any green around here since it's snowing."

"I see...No wonder I've seen them in a pot rather than the ground." [Y] hummed, rubbing his chin. "The outside world is such a curious world..."

"Silly fella..."

The [h] haired male can't help but become curious about something. About the aura surrounding the beasts wandering around the Dark Cacao Kingdom attacking people. Something isn't right about those poor beasts...

"I'm curious..."

"You are quite a curious one. What are you curious about?" Dark Cacao questioned.

"Those beasts that have been attacking your kingdom..." [Y] mumbled. "How long have they been attacking? Have it attacked before something happens?"

"Ah...Now that you mentioned it..." Dark Cacao trailed off, stopping his step. [Y] did the same by stopping a few feet away from the king. The raven haired king remembers...those beasts haven't attacked until...that shadow beast that is roaming around the area of the kingdom.

"That...monster..." the ruler gasped with realization. "Ever since that shadow beast roamed around the kingdom, the beasts went berserk and attacked my people for weeks."

"Shadow beast? What does it look like?" [Y] asked.

"...I can show you..."
