As we are waking down the hallway side by side. I look at the clock it's 2:30 I am leaving the class I am in at 2:30 and I've been gone for almost 20 minutes.
"Alex it's 2:30." I look over at him with a concerned look while we exchange glances.
"Well malady lets get back to class." he says in a proper English tone. I fall to the ground and start laughing at what he said
"What's so funny?" He asks.
"You...said...malady..." I manage to say between laughs.
"It's not that funny." He says with a pout on his face. He holds out his hand, but when I go to take it he quickly pulls it back making me fall on the ground again. Only this time he falls to the ground laughing I get up and start to brush myself off.
"Come on get up." I say staring at him plainly.
"Oh I'm sorry malady I was just having a wee bit of a laugh." He says while clutching his stomach.
"Is that why you are practically crying your eyes out." I look at him with a serious non serious face.
"Mayyyyyybe." He looks at me with an evilish grin.
I look at the time on the wall clock again. 2:31 ok we have to go now.
"Ok seriously let's go British boy." I say laughing inside my head at what I just said.
"Ok ok fine I'll get up but..." I stop him in mid sentence "What do you mean but." I ask hoping to get an answer. "You didn't let me finish. I was going to say that you had to sit by me at lunch." I freeze right there
"You.....want....me to sit with you and your buddies." I stuttered.
"No I want you to sit with me on the rooftop."
"Ohhhhhhhh. Ya sure I will sit with you." He stood up right away.
"Then should I walk you back to class Malady."
"Sure why not." I say plainly. As we turn the corner I see my teacher waiting outside her door. She gives me the death stair and I run back and turn to Alex.
"Alex you can't walk me to class because my teacher is standing outside her door and If she sees me and you." I pause for a moment to think of the sight and shivered and then I continue. "She's coming down the hall I can here her. You go the other way or hide in the bathroom. Oh and give me your hoodie." I say in a hurried voice.
"But why the hoodie." He complains.
"I will tell you at lunch just give me it." He threw it at me and ran into the boys bathroom.
"Haha. Sucker you didn't get why I asked you to give me your hoodie." I said in my head as I turn the corner ready for anything that comes my way. As I turn the corner I am met with my teachers face looking tomato red. Uh. Oh. I mentally think.
"Hey." I say trying not to lmao.
"Where have you been its been 20 minutes." She says spitting in my face.
I look around trying to come up with an excuse.
"I had my lady friend." I said finally coming up with an excuse.
"You what?" She practically screamed.
"You know a lady's monthly friend." I say while staring at her like she's nuts.
"No I know what your talking about but if you had your lady friend then why did you run when you saw me." She asked.
"I forgot my hoodie." I said pointing to the hoodie I was wearing.

Alex's POV
I was about to turn the corner when Ellie came rushing around it.
"Alex you can't walk me to class my teacher is standing outside her door and if she sees me and you..." She looked as if she was about to die. Then she continued "... She's coming down the hallway I can hear her. You go the other way or hide in the bathroom. Oh and give me your hoodie." She finishes talking and I stair at her like she's crazy.
"But why the hoodie." I whined.
"I will tell you at lunch just give me it." She says but before she can finish I throw my hoodie at her and run into the boys bathroom.
When I finally slow down my breathing I eavesdrop on when Ellie was saying to the teacher.
"I only heard a muffled sounds until her teacher screamed "You what." Then I heard everything after that.
"You know a lady's monthly friend." Ellie said and I could tell by that tone of voice she was staring at the teacher like she was crazy. I silently laughed at Ellie's excuse.
"No I know what your talking about but if you had your lady friend then why did you run when you saw me." Her teacher yelled at her.
"I forgot my hoodie." Ellie said. I mentally thought ohhhh so that's why she wanted my hoodie. I heard her teacher heels against the hall floor. That's when I decided it was safe to come out. I started walking to class when I saw Ellie taking a drink at the water fountain.
"How'd it go." I said smirking.
"Like you don't know." She said in a sarcastic tone.
"Your right. you caught me I was eavesdropping." I said laughing.
"She said I could get a drink but then I had to come back to class." She said then she leave over and whispered in my ear "... I can't believe she fell for it." and then walked away. After she left my sight I started walking back to class. When I got back the bell rang and it was time to go. Thank god I hate that class. I take my books and go back to my locker. A few of my buds stop to tell me how hot some of the girls are but I just ignored them I only had one girl on my mind. I grabbed my books from my locker and headed to my next class. I didn't pay any attention during class because lunch was next and that was when I was able to see her.
