Winnie searched around for Lex, expecting him to be in the living room where she left him, but he wasn't.
She went to their office. The door was cracked and she knocked gently.
"Lex?" she called, pushing it open. It was Wilder there, but not Lex.
She let out a startled yelp as she was snatched from behind, lifted into the air and swung around.
She laughed, "Put me down."
Lex set her on her feet and she turned to face him.
"There's your pretty smile," he said. "I had to scare it out of you."
She reached for him, "I hope I didn't upset you when I got up."
"Nonsense, Win." Lex cupped her cheeks. "You have nothing to worry about." He pecked her lips.
She left Lex to go to Wilder. He pushed away from his desk and she climbed into his lap. She sighed as her whole body relaxed. She was exhausted from today.
She pushed her face into his neck. He began rubbing her back, lulling her to a peaceful sleep.
"Not fair," Lex pouted.
"Completely fair," Wilder retorted, feeling smug that he was the chosen one of Winnie's nap.
"It's only because you're sitting down," Lex said, pulling out his own laptop. He thought better of it, standing back up. "I probably should check on Christian."
Wilder nodded, "Good idea. He's in the kitchen."
Lex found Christian cooking something ghat smelled delicious.
"Are you stress cooking?" Lex teased, stepping closer.
"I'm pissed off," he muttered.
"We all are," Lex said, hand skimming his back. He dug in the drawer for a spoon, eager to taste whatever he was making. "But, we can't shelter Winnie from every bad thing. That will do more harm."
Christian sighed, swatting Lex away when he tried to double dip.
"That tastes amazing," he complimented.
"Thank you, Lex," Christian said, nuzzling his face. Lex cringed away as he always did, but he loved it. "How is she?"
"She fell asleep on Wild," Lex said, dropping his spoon in the sink.
"I don't even know that I want Winnie going to court now," Christian admitted, a soft mumble.
"I get it," Lex said. "but I won't stop her if she still wants to. She probably has something to prove now."
Christian nodded. "Why don't you go wake her nicely? She hasn't eaten anything other than cookies."
"Nicely," he scoffed playfully. "As if I would wake her any other way."
It was unusually quiet as the four of them ate their meal.
Winnie was drowsy from her nap, and her head felt heavy as she propped it up with her arm as she ate.
"I want to visit the other girls," she decided out loud, dropping her spoon and straightening out. "I don't want them to think like Isabel."
Christian glanced at Wilder, and then at Lex.
"I don't know, princess," Wilder rumbled, reaching for her hand. "Those girls are in really rough shape."
"Please," she said. "Isn't that what Lunas are supposed to do?"
"No," Christian said. "I won't let you if you are only doing it because of what Isabel said."
"I'm not," she protested. "Promise."
"You need to think of your own health," Wilder said. "It's not worth it for you to force yourself to do something, and get anxious because of it."
That was true, too. She had finally gotten a grip on her panic most of the time but she still wanted to try this.
"Please," she pleaded sweetly.
"Fuck," Lex said, throwing his head back. "I'll have you begging for something else if you're not careful."
Winnie blushed, feeling the heat run the length of her body.
"Let her finish eating," Christian said. He turned to Winnie. "We will let you try, but if one of us thinks you're pushing too much, we aren't going to let you, okay?"
She nodded, squirming a bit in her seat, mind racing in a completely different direction. Suddenly, she wasn't so sleepy.
"Something wrong?" Wilder asked, that special glint in his eye that made her even more desperate.
Her whole body felt like it was on fire, a gradual increase as she felt their intense gaze.
"I need-" she begged, glancing at Christian in particular. He was the only one who hadn't touched her.
He smiled something gentle, yet his words were anything but. "Poor baby. I can't know what you need unless you use your words."
She fumbled a bit, gathering the words, but unable to focus on anything but the tingles between her thighs that resonated through her whole body.
"Please. I need you," she whimpered.
Christian stood, going around to her side and lifting her up.
"Such a good girl," he cooed, cradling her to his chest and walking up towards their room.
"Just want a little relief again?" he asked, laying her on the bed. Lex jumped onto the mattress, causing her to bounce. She giggled.
She shrugged.
"I don't know what that means," Christian said.
"I don't care if we try something else," she mumbled, glancing at Lex who gently lifted her head into his lap. He kissed her softly.
She felt the bed dip again and she knew it was Wilder. She relaxed, happy that they were all together.
"I think that means she wants your cock," Wilder said, leaning down to press his lips firmly to hers. Her hips wiggled in anticipation as Wilder's hands roamed, avoiding the places she was so desperate for. "Don't you?"
"Watch your language," Christian grumbled. Winnie was their baby and he didn't need Wilder tainting her, even though he loved seeing her transform.
"Please, Christian" she begged, pulling away from Wilder and reaching for him.
