New girl

Brooke's pov.
I feel really bad about not telling Chloe about josh but it's been 3 days and josh still hasn't told Chloe. And I think he's been trying to stay away from her.
"BROOKE. PAIGE. GET READY FOR DANCE." my mum yelled. I got off my bed and chose my black and pink matching dance wear. I put my hair in high ponytail and put on minimal make up since we were filming today.

We arrived at the studio early today and I decided to go into studio c and practice my turns. I practiced for a while then I was called in for pyramid. Abby had to make a separate pyramid for filming today since the producers tell her to favour Maddie. Here's how the pyramid for filming went.

"This weekend we will be going to starquest for our competition so I expect best behaviour. We have 3 solos, a duet, and a group number. Solos go to Maddie, Chloe and Brooke, duet goes to Nia and kenzie and everyone is in the group. Mothers can leave." Abby ordered. I'm happy I got a solo and miss Abby also gave me a trio with Chloe and my sister. But that isn't going to be aired.
I really like my solo. It's acro which is my best style. I think I might do quite well.
Half way through the group practice, a new girl walked in and none of us had seen her before.
"Oh here's my new little dancer. Now introduce yourself" Abby smiled at her.
"Hi I'm Krystal and I'm 13 years old." She smiled cheerfully back to all of us. She had black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a simple dark red leotard with her hair in a bun.

Chloe's pov.
I'm still wondering why josh didn't text and it seems like he's been ignoring me since that night. I'm really confused right now.
"Ok girls go have a water break" Abby says.
During the water break I check my phone and have some water. I receive a text from josh and instantly reply. His text reads
"Hey chlo. I'm wondering if you want to catch up after dance. I have to tell you something."
I reply with "sure"
I'm really scared and I don't know what he wants to talk about. Oh well.

Short chapter I know. But I have been really busy with school lately since it just started up again and this is all I could manage. I'll try and write more soon
