I haven't talked to Midna since I rescued Zelda from Dayfos, but I hope she is doing good. Epona's loving the open space of Kakariko and Hyrule Field again. As for Zelda, I'm not sure. Weird things have been happening in town lately, so I think she's stressed out. We haven't done much about security yet, but since we're not there at the moment, it hasn't been top priority. I can protect her plenty for now anyway. If I had never met her, I don't know where I'd be. That journey took its toll on me.
