Chapter 14

The next day was unexpectedly felt bad, the first thing Rosé did on her birthday was cry. She woke up with all the guilt, she hated that she hurt her girlfriend who always choose her no matter what yet she fall in love with someone else.

"Happy birthday!!!!" Lisa jumped on Rosé's back when Rosé was putting on a little bit of make-up but grinned seeing her sister's happy face. "Thank you, Monkey" she widely beams and glances back at her. They must be twins but just by a min, they both have a birthday on different days.

"I have a feeling that your day is going to be so special and memorable" Lisa kissed her sister's cheek and a smile automatically formed on Rosé's lips.

"Mom asked me to pick her up from the airport, do you wanna come along?" Rosé invited and Lisa finally stood up. "No, you go while I prepare your surprise party,!!" Lisa excitedly said.

"What?" Rosé raised her brows and Lisa realized she spilled the riddle. "Shit! I wasn't supposed to say it out loud" Lisa's smile vanished but Rosé chuckled at her sister.

"Well, we are also each other's best friends and you can't hide anything from me. You have a habit of just spilling the beans to me" Rosé reminded her.

"Fine, but now you gotta pretend to be surprised when you get back" Lisa groaned at her foolery. "Okay, but let me get ready first.." Rosé said.

"Fine" Lisa come out of her sister's room and she was scrolling through her phone when she bumped into Jennie. "What the fu-... Jennie..." She widen her eyes but stood straight when she see the girl.

"I... I just came here to get my car keys..." Jennie took the Keys from the key holder. "Jennie, please don't ignore me... I'm sorry what I have done" Lisa grab her wrist but Jennie didn't even look at her.

"I told you, we're... we're done... it's over" Jennie said. "No it's not because I love you, You can't just walk away with my heart" Lisa twisted her which made them look into each other eyes.

"I'm not walking away, I'm just heartbroken and it's just so hard for me now..." Jennie confessed. "Just one last chance and I promise, I'll do better..." Lisa's statement reminded Jennie of Rosé.

The day Rosé and she was seated near the pool hugging each other close to their heart, the guilt hit her and she couldn't look into Lisa's eyes because she knows there is something different now.

"I can't do this anymore..." Jennie can't help but convey the truth. "I love you..." Lisa confessed as their nose brushed silently.

Lisa's heart was beating and Jennie could hear it yet she didn't want to do anything while she comprehend there was something between her and her ex-girlfriend's sister.

"No...let me go..." Jennie denied and Lisa cupped her cheeks, Jennie felt Lisa's nose brush against her ear.

"I love you so much that I can't even think of anything but you..." Lisa's proximity made her just want to cry at that moment because she also felt the same somewhere.

"...n-" Jennie got interrupted by her lips which kissed down her neck, until found her sweet spot and sucked harshly. Jennie can't help reaching back to hold onto her hair, getting lost in the moment.

"Lisa... stop" she moaned but this time Lisa's mouth onto her lips was enough to stop talking, the kiss couldn't feel more lovable as it was but this time someone was already in Jennie's mind or heart too.

Jennie's mind went to the memory of last night when she saw Rosé and her best friend kissing. She was furious, she was broken and she was dispirited even though she don't know why but she was.

When they pulled apart, Jennie's eyes meet Lisa's and she realize all she was thinking about was Rosé while kissing Lisa. "I love you I really do, trust me..." Lisa caressed her cheeks.
