Manik woke up in jerk, looked around in panic, relaxed seeing Arjun beside him. Staring at tired face, he felt guilty as because of him, his bhaiyu has many sleepless nights. Looking at side table he saw the glass is empty got up from bed slowly not to disturb Arjun.

As soon he stepped out senser lights got on n he made his way to kitchen to have water. Opened the Refrigerator to take water bottle but his eyes fell on icecream tub, took it out with glee n opened it n took a scoop n was about to eat. A hand stopped him.

Manik gulped knowing who is behind, turned around with a deer caught look stammered, "bha..iyu..!"

Arjun who was in sleep turned around placing hand beside frowned as it felt empty got up in jerk. Upon not finding Manik beside he got worried as the attack few hours before was still fresh in his mind, first checked washroom when he isn't there he came down looking for him.

Noticing lights on in kitchen, he went n relaxed moved near widened his eyes as he was about to eat stopped his hand n fixed a stern glare on him.

Manik squirmed as he glared. "Itni raat ko kya karne aye tey tum?" Arjun raised his eyebrow.

Looking at him, "Paani peene! Room mei nahi...tha!"

Arjun gave a look, "toh mujhe utate.... Aur tu yaha ake... Bina paani peeye... Icecream khane Jaa rahe tey! Mana kiya na meine!" He said in firm tone, "Pehle se you are grounded aur karu mei?"

Manik flinched looking down nodded no, "Sorry Bhaiyu!" Arjun took the tub back n placed inside again, while Manik stared at the box longingly which is taken away mercilessly.

Arjun taking water bottle handed to him, "Chalo abh!"

Having water, Manik followed him silently. Laying on his side he turned around sulking at Arjun who shook his head. Running fingers through his hair, "Naraz ho?" He asked softly.

Manik pouted, "You are bad! Mujhe ice cream khane nahi diya!"

Arjun shook his head, "Time dekh mannu... Raat ke dho baj raha... Iswakt kaun icecream khate. Tu phirse beemar padte tab kya karoge?"

Manik knew his bhaiyu is right, yet he didn't like it, turned pressing face into his chest. Arjun wrapped arm around n pulled him closer, "Sleep bacha!"

Manik nodded, Arjun waited till he slept n switched off the lights n settled back on to bed drifted into sleep.

Next day morning, when vinay came to serve coffee for everyone. Arjun took his cup n stated, " Kaka kitchen mei joh kaam karrahe unsab ko bhulaye!"

All frowned as why he is calling them in morning.

"Kya hua Arjun?" Vansh questioned him.

Shaking his head, "Kuch nahi!" As everyone came, Arjun levelled them with gaze. At the same time Manik came down rubbing his eyes as he was awaken forcibly by Abhi.

Arjun stated  "I want every last cup of icecream removed from the mansion. Here after untill I give permission there won't be any icecream in list of groceries. No one is allowed to bring inside. Am I clear!" As they nodded all got confused why he took that decision which they understood the very next minute.

Manik's sleep flew away in blink, listening to Arjun yelled, "Nahi!" Startling everyone.

Rushing down he glared at Arjun, "Aap abi ke abi bolo unsabko ki woh sab nahi karne!" He whined.
