Arjun who slept woke up hearing murmuring...got startled watching him sweating n shivering in sleep, "mannu...!"

Manik not listening to him shook his head, murmuring which he couldn't understand. Watching him in that state Arjun pulled him closer wrapping arms around, "Shh.... Mannu... Relax... Sab theek hai." comforted him.

Few minutes later Manik stopped held Arjun's shirt tightly in sleep. Lying back on bed Arjun pulled him close with his head on top of him caressed it gently.

In the morning Manik woke up not remembering what happened at night, felt himself against strong body smiled widely, "Good morning bhaiyu!"

"Gudmrng mannu!" Arjun smiled at him who woke up sensing a movement.

Looking at him, "Aap kaha gaye tey raat ko? Mujhe gudnyt bi nahi bole!" He huffed with a pout.

Chuckling at him, "Kuch kaam se gaya tha mannu.... Jab tak wapas aya tu so gaya tha." He replied in gentle tone.

Manik gave a nod leaning into his embrace, remembering his bhabhi's words. Arjun frowned watching him thinking something very deeply slowly enquired, "Bacha... Kya soch rahe ho?"

Arjun felt his hold tightening around him, gently pulled closer caressing his back, "Mannu.... Bhaiyu se share Karo... What's bothering you."

Manik placed his ear against Arjun's chest listening to the rhythm of his heart felt peace, "Bhaiyu, aaj Nandini ki birthday hai!" He stated in monotone.

Arjun choose to not react, "Acha... But what's in for you mannu? Tum kya chahte ho?"

Shaking his head, "kuch nahi Bhaiyu.... Bas apko batane ka mann tha!"

Arjun shook his head n thought, "Mujhe pata hai mannu... Tum kya chahte ho... Par mujhe keh nahi paa rahe ho!"

Glancing at him, "Acha... Utho ab! Ready hoke ajao!" Arjun replied n left to get ready.

Both joined others at the bf table, Arohi serving him ruffled his hair with a smile, "Aaj tumhara fav aloo Puri banai meine!"

Manik smiled at her n relished the dish, after bf they moved to respective work places. While going Arohi pulled Manik aside, "Bhabhi kya hua?"

"Kal raat meine joh kaha.. kya socha uske baare mei mannu?" She raised her eyebrow.

Manik looked down, "sochna kya hai bhabhi.... Agar mei ek mauka dena bhi chahta... Mujhe nahi lagta Bhaiyu ya Abhi bhai kush honge. Apneliye mei unko takleef nahi de sakta! She is a closed chapter bhabhi." He replied in dejected tone.

Arohi got stunned at his reply, "Mannu...!"

Shaking his head, "Nahi bhabhi... Please yeh topic yehi pe khatam karte haina!" He requested in small tone.

Sensing hurt in his voice she gave a nod, but before leaving, "Think once again mannu.... Your brothers won't get hurt for choosing your happiness. Baki tumhare marzi."

Manik sat silently in the car which brought frown on Arjun's face, "Mannu... Tu theek hai?"

Looking at him, he gave a nod, "Haa Bhaiyu... I'm fine!"

At office he repeatedly got distracted as his heart wants something else. Along with everyone Arjun noticed but remained quiet. In the evng, Arjun called him to his cabin n said, "Mannu... Tyaar hojao! Tumhe ek meeting attend karna hai mere saath!"
