CHAPTER SIX: How could He??

*Kanzie's point of view*

I slowly opened my eyes adjusting to the light and slowly becoming more conscious of my surrounding, I was in a comfy king sized bed, I guess Mark carried me all the way here and his must be his room. I hope out the bed to snoop around and there's a bookshelf to the left end of the room and a walk in closet just opposite the bed, judging from the books on the shelf his a romantic and it's everyday you meet a guy who's actually read pride and prejudice, I must say I'm impressed.
I step out of the room and into the bathroom it has a large jacuzzi tube and shower as well as a mirror and sink and toilet that have the royalty touch, I wash my face and hands and decide to explore.
The house is magnificent the long passage is decorated with beautiful wall lights and there three doors which I'm assuming are guest rooms, I turn right at the end of the passage and it reveals a beautiful living room with a glass chandelier hanging from the ceiling and beautiful white marble flow decorated with nice and cozy furniture. You can tell this house costs a lot I keep walking to what seems like a kitchen and there js Mark leaning on the counter sipping on a glass of water.
"Whose house is this?" I ask with amazement and curiosity
Mark: It belongs to a good friend mine.
Kanzie: And where is this friend?
Mark: Out of town
Kanzie: Does he know you bring strangers into his home?
Mark: You're the only person I've brought here and you're not a stranger you stopped being one the moment you told me your name.
Kanzie: Very funny (I say sarcastically)
Mark: How about I ran you a bath and while you soak I can work on dinner?
Kanzie: Sounds awesome!

Mark slowly disappears from the same way I come from to ran me a bath, it's rare to find a man willing to ran you a bath and make dinner. After five minutes Mark reappeared.
"I've left the water running in the tub and put the bath salts on the sink you can choose a scent." He says with a small smile.
"Thank you, let me go and enjoy your tub."
~~~One Hour later ~~~
*Mark's Point of View*
it's been an hour since Kanzie left to take a soak and dinner is ready so I guess I should go tell her am all done.
"Kanzie!" I knock on the door waiting for a response from the other end.
"Kanzie!" I knock again and again
      After a few moments of silence and no response I decide to let himself in and boom kanzie is naked Infront of me, oh shit!, with a feeling of guilt and a feeling of stupidity for walking into a girl's room I quickly shut the door.
"Have you ever heard of knocking you dumbass!!!!" she shouts with anger on the other side, shit! I'm so dead.
"I'm sorry I tried and got no answer so I decided to let myself in." I say stammering after each word.
"What do you even want that was so important that you couldn't wait!?" I won't lie but that question made me realize I had other options other than letting myself in.
" I was worried because you didn't respond and also I come to tell you your bag is in the closet at the bottom left and dinner is ready as well." I say trying to save myself from this predicament.
 
*Kanzie's Point View*
After what seemed to be an hour I finally decided to get out of that soothing bath and get dressed, i open the drain and wrapped a towel around me and headed to the bedroom I pulled the towel off to dry myself and I hear the door open guess who's looking at my naked body, it's Mark! he quickly shuts the door my cheeks flush with embarrassment because he just saw me naked.
I yelled at him God I swear I thought I was going to kill him, after he told me where my clothes where and that dinner was ready I heard his footsteps disappear, how am supposed to face him after what just happened, damn! I feel so stupid for not locking the freaking door!!!! Wow Kanz you really out did yourself.
