She grabbed the closest thing to a weapon she could find which turned out to be a wrench on the shelf next to her.
'I'm having none of this shit! '
She took a deep breath and swiftly left her hiding spot, charging at the burglar as she was ready to swing the wrench at anyone breaking in.
"AAAAAAAH! HEH?!- "
She stopped mere inches away from a heating up cannon held up into her face.
"State your business in this house! Now! "
She followed the canon's route with her eyes as it all lead up to a blonde man with robotic arms holding his palm into her face. His face showed no expression as they made eye contact.
"What business? I live here now! "
She said finally lowering and dropping the wrench to hold her hands up in defense.
"That can't be true, Dr. Kuseno used to live here. The house has not been put up for sell anywhere! "
'Did he just say..? '
Her expression dropped as soon as she heard the familiar name from his mouth.
"How do you know my grandfather?.. "
She looked up into his eyes, asking him for answers as to why he even knows him.
The blonde man's face turned surprised at the question.
"He used to be my mechanic. He has never said anything about having a family. "
'His mechanic? Since when has grandpa been working on a living machine!? '
The man has lowered his palm from his defensive state, allowing Tamaki to also relax her arms.
"I guess there still were a lot of things I didn't know about Dr. Kuseno after all these years. May I ask your name then? "
She sighed.
"It's Tamaki, Tamaki Kuseno. "
She held her hand out as the man hesitatedly shaked it in response.
"My name is Genos. "
"Nice to meet you Genos. I guess there is a lot that we have to catch up on. "
"Isn't Tamaki a male name? "
"I know I know! "
