Let the new life begin.

I woke up to my mom screaming at me from downstairs.
Y/m- Y/n come on we're already late!
Y/n- Coming!

I showered quick and did my make up and hair, I also put on a comfy outfit because I'm going to be in a car the whole day😩
I took my bags and my phone and ran downstairs. Mom already waited for me in the car. I took a quick look at the empty house. So many memories, I started crying a bit and said goodbye to my house before I locked the door for the last time. I got in the passenger seat and looked out at my house one last time. Mom took my hand and looked at me.
Y/m- Don't worry, the new house is gonna be as big as this.
I smiled at her and looked out the window again. I didn't care about how big the house is or how kind my new dad is. I wanted my old house and my old dad. I got flashbacks with my dad and started crying. What if I forget about him because of my new dad. I don't wanna forget him.

10 minutes pass and I'm already bored. What can I do in a car? Nothing. I start scrolling on TikTok until a notification from instagram pops up.
"isabellajones.07 started following you"
I immediately clicked on her account and started scrolling through her posts. She was really pretty. She had long blond hair and beautiful hazel eyes. She was a year younger than me. I started following her back and we started texting.

I quick texted my friends that I'm on my way to my new home and that me and my sis already like each other and that everything is going well.

The rest of the drive me and mom talked à LOT about random stuff and the last two hours I fell asleep. I woke up to my mom shaking me.
Y/n- Y/n. We're here.

I got out of the car and looked at the house. I just stared at it for a moment until my stomach started to churn. I was starving. My mom gave me my bags and took my hand and looked at me in the eyes with a big smile.
Y/m- Let's go, they're waiting for us.

I looked at her and then at the house. I don't wanna go in. I already know that Isabella is kind but I don't feel like starting a new life, not yet and not like this. But I didn't have no other choice. I took a deep breathe and walked up the stairs. We knocked at the door and within a second the door flew up.

I saw two happy people standing there just looking at us. One girls (Isabella) her hair was in a ponytail and she wore a black hoodie with some jeans. There was a man next to her (ig it's my new dad) he had brown kinda short hair and small blue eyes. He took out his hand and said
Y/nd- My name is Daniel. I'm so happy to finally get to meet you. Your mom have told me so much about you.

I shook his hand and didn't say anything I just looked at him. Then my mom hugged him and they started to talk as they were taking the bags inside.
I- Let's go upstairs so I can show you your room.
Y/n- Alright.

We walked upstairs and turned left and she opened a door. Behind the door was a beautiful big room with a large window and a big bed. It has two other doors in it, I wonder what's behind them.
I- Well this is your room, that door leads you to your own bathroom. *She points to a door next to the bed.* and that one leads you to your closet. *she points to another door*
Y/n- Wow this is amazing! Thank you so much!
I- No problem, I'll let you pack up your things, just call me if you need anything.

She closed the door and I jumped to the bed and just looked around. This was amazing. Maybe I was wrong, this isn't as bad as I thought.
