Arianne's POV
"Hey Ari and Axel." Kleo said, waving at my brother and I. Lucas sent us a smile and a wave. I returned the greeting to them both, actually using my vocal chords to acknowledge Lucas.
Soon Brooklyn showed up, and immediately she started talking about what they all did yesterday. I zoned out. From how often they hang out without me I have learned to do just that. But eventually I snapped back into reality when Brooklyn started shaking me.
"Arianne!!" Brooklyn yelled while shaking me.
"Yes?" I asked after snapping back into reality.
"I've been trying to get your attention for a whole minute!" She complained.
"Well, you have my attention now." I said bluntly. "So why were you trying to get my attention?"
"We met some new guy in town while we were out. And he's nineteen!" She explained.
"And?" I asked skeptically, assuming there was more to this guy.
"Well-" Kleo started but was cut off by my brother.
"This guy came up to me and asked if I was single!! But then he said that even coming from a guy I was attractive. He also clarified that he was-infact-straight. And he then asked if I had a twin." Axel finished for Kleo. She glared daggers at him.
"And he asked to meet you! So Kleo gave him her number so you could possibly go out to meet him!" Brooklyn finished the story.
The two girls knew I'd say I couldn't. So the resorted to begging.
"Please??????!!!!!!" The Kleo and Brooklyn begged. Then came the puppy eyes.
"FINE! Just stop with the puppy eyes!" I yelled.
And per usual the puppy eyes worked. I quickly told them when I'd be free for a meet-up. They double checked the date and time with this guy. And next thing I knew, I had a date (as the girls called it) on Friday afternoon with a nineteen-year-old guy I had never met before.
