[Taehyung POV]

"Taehyung-ah, I really liked the project you did. You're really creative!"

"Ah.. Thank you. Yours was really good too."

"Thanks." She smiles brightly, "I'll see you at lunch!"

She runs off to go catch up with her friends. Sana is so sweet. She always says nice thing to me when we talk.

Walking down the hall, I'm suddenly yanked backward. One of my friends had jumped on my shoulders when I wasn't looking.

"What was that for?" I asks, slightly irritated.

"Why are you so boring?" It was Jungkook, "That's really all you got?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Sana!Obviously! She likes you!"

I shove him to make him shut up, "You don't know what you're talking about."

He laughs, "Why are you in denial? I thought you liked her too-"

At this point, I slap my hand over his mouth. He just laughs some more. I don't know why he finds this funny.

"Shut it. I never said that."

I let him go and he starts walking off.
"Whatever you say, bro. I guess you wouldn't mind me talking to her then."

I roll my eyes. They always mess with me like this.

After school, I ran into Sana again. We talked on the way to the bus stop.

"So, do you have any plans after school?" She asks.

"Not really." I shrug, "I have a ton of homework to do and I really want to rest as much as possible."

She nods. There was a moment of silence before she spoke up again.

"Hey, Taehyung." She calls.

"Hm?"

"Can I tell you something?"

I nod, "Go ahead."

She suddenly stops walking. She took a quick breath before looking me in the eyes, "I don't know how to say this.. But I like you."

I didn't know what to say.

"Would you like to go out sometime?" She asks.

And then I heard some familiar voices approaching us. It sounded like my friends. I can't let them see this.

"Sana.." I sigh, "I think you're really nice and you're a great friend, but... I don't think of you that way."

"Oh.." She kept a smile on her face, but I could tell she was hurt.

"I'm sorry."

"I-It's okay. I'll see you around I guess." She turns and walks off quickly. I saw her cover her face with her hand as she walked away.

My friends caught up with me.

"What did you say to her?"

"Is she crying?"

Suddenly, I felt like a terrible person.

[Sana POV]

I took some advice from my friends after Taehyung rejected me, I really thought he liked me back, that's the only reason I confessed to him to begin with. I guess I was wrong.

My friends told me to talk to Taehyung's friends to see if he'd say anything. I didn't really like this idea, but I tried it anyways.

To my surprise, something did happen.
