We got too curious of humanity. Too close to then. Too bored with heaven.
They said bow down to humanity. Love them more than God.
That's all we did..
But we got too close. Strayed too far.
They warned us:
"Stay in heaven where you belong, fledgling."
We refused..
We were giving one last warning:
"Stay in heaven where you belong. Or else."

And we found out what the "or else" was...

"We gave you several chances. But if you truly want to be down on Earth with humanity.. So be it. Any last words? This will be the last time you see each other."

"You are making a mistake. We only did what you asked. And now you go back on your orders.. Remember this. No matter what you try, we won't be silenced. We will find each other again and we will rise up against you. Remember us as the Sons of Night. Throw me into Hell for all I care! I'd rather be a rebel!"

"Oh Andy.. You truly have strayed. Good luck fullfilling that promise without your grace.
Castiel.. Now."

Its too easy just to take someone's grace. Oh no. They had to make a point.

Snapped my halo in half then broke my wings. Threw me down to Earth and burned my wings and grace.

And the Others...?

Jake Pitts.. Wings ripped off, Grace drained from his body, thrown to Earth.
Raziel isn't exactly merciful.

Jinxx.. Halo snapped in half, Grace drained, thrown to Earth.
Zephon tried to just get it over with.

CC.. Thrown to Earth, wings and grace burned.
A fellow Seraph, Akobel, took pity..

I thought I got the worst of it.. Not even close.. I was the youngest. Ashley was the oldest. So they got brutal.

Ashley.. Halo shattered. Wings snapped then burnt. Branded with tracking sigils. Grace disintergrated. Thrown to Earth.
Archangel Raphael himself was the one to blame for that one..

When we hit the ground.. Our true forms distergrated. We were reborn to human parents. However, we all had giant wing scars that never healed. Over time, we regained memories of Heaven and The Fall.. That and chance is the only reason we found each other again..

True to Heaven's Promise, we were scattered.
I ended up in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jake ended up in Pocatello, Idaho
Jinxx in Webster City, Iowa.
CC in Los Angeles, California
And
Ashley ended up in Berger, Missouri

Despite everything, we found each other. The names we go by now were picked for a reason.

Andy Black. Andy for obvious reasons. Why Black? Well, what's associated with Heaven? Light. The opposite of that would be shadows. Black stops the light.

Jake Pitts. He never liked his god given name, Aelon. So he goes by his human name.

Jinxx. God given name. He hates his human name.

CC. Short for Christian Coma, a mixture of his human name and god given name.

Ashley. Like Jake, He hated his god given name

Black Veil Brides
A Roman Catholic term used for when a woman marries into the church and gives up all the pleasures of life to devote her life to God. She is then deemed a Black Veil Bride.

Give up everything in pursuit of what you believe in. Simple way to explain our lives.

And everything I promised Heaven?

I don't think only 5 misfit angels can overthrow Heaven..
