chapter 11:half siblings

As Jieun sits in front of me after telling me she's my sister I can't help but be shocked and confused. What does she mean she's my sister?

"Who are your parents?" I asked

"My mom was Lee Hea and my dad is Park Daehyun" she said and goes into her bag to pull out a folder"Here I have my birth certificate there to prove who my mom is and a DNA test that with the help of my cousin who got me something of his" she said hanging me the folder

I open the folder and see the birth certificate it's says that her mom is Lee Hea and under father doesn't say anything at all. It's blank. I see that she was born the same year as Hyun-jun and they are months apart. Then I see the DNA results and see that it proves that my dad is her birth father. Oh my god, I can't believe this.

I sigh and place the papers back in the folder and hand her the folder back before looking at her and I'm shocked "I can't believe it. Does your mom you about you finding me?" I said

"My mom died when I was a baby just two days old. She killed herself because she was in love with your dad and he didn't want anything to do with her and me. Even after she died he didn't want me, my grandparents raised me until they died then my aunts and uncle did" she said

I feel bad for her, that my dad was heartless to not take responsibility for his actions. He did for my aunt Seulgi when she was pregnant with my half brother.

"You were born the same year as my brother. That means when my parents were broken up your mom and my dad had sex" I said realizing that she was conceived while my parents were broken up

"You know?" she asked confused and same time shocked

I nod "I know that when my parents broke up my mom didn't know that she was pregnant with my brother. While they were broken up my dad had sex with your mom, who's my mom's cousin, and she had sex with a childhood friend, but that's all I know. That's all my parents told me and my siblings, we didn't know about your mom being pregnant" I said

"Your dad didn't want me and said I was a mistake so I don't blame your parents for not mentioning me. When your parents got back together my mom found out she was pregnant with me. Your mom knew everything because your dad told her" she said and sighs sadly "I never blamed or hated your mom because none of it was her fault for what happened to my mom. When I found out about what happened I didn't care for not having a dad growing up. I only cared about having my mom" she said

"I'm so sorry for what you went through. Not having your mom with you, I really am so sorry" I said being sympathetic towards her

"Thank you" she said and smiles sadly

"What cousin helped you to get dad's DNA to do the test?" I asked confused

"A few days when cousin Kang Seulgi found out I wanted to prove that Daehyun is my dad. She told me that she would grab something from him. She got a cup with his DNA on it. Everyone from your mom's side knows about me being Daehyun's child since I was born, but kept the secret because he didn't want to know me. Even your mom's siblings know expect you and your cousins doesn't know about me" she said

Wow so the whole Lee/Kang family knew about Jieun being my sister and her being my dad's daughter and didn't say anything. I'm kind of lost for words for what my dad did.

I sigh "Seulgi is the mother of one of my half siblings. My little brother; Daeseong" I said

"My cousin Seulgi had a child with your dad?" she said shocked

I nod "Yeah, at the time parents had got into a fight. He ended up cheating on her with my aunt Seulgi" I said

"Oh my god. But what do you mean by one of your half siblings?" she said
