It was a normal day when May woke up that morning. She got dressed in her black suit and made her way into the small kitchen of her small apartment. Her sister was in there waiting. "Good morning May. I made you a cup of coffee. What would you like to have for breakfast." Handing her the coffee.

"Just a bagel" May had replied.

"Toasted with butter" Lilly replied as she began to make May her bagel.

"Please" May let out a yawn as she went to take a sip of her coffee.

"Today is the day isn't it. The day you will be charged with protecting President Bidens guest?" Lilly asked.

"Yeah though he didn't tell me who it is." She smiled. "Joe is funny like that. I really missed him being in the white house. I'm glade he won the presidency. He really is a good man."

"He is. He has always had a soft spot for us. He's so fatherly to us"

"I know"

Once the bagel was done Lilly handed it over to May which she ate rather quickly. "Hopefully I'll see you soon May"

"I hope" she replied before she grabbed her gun and keys and heading out the door.

The drive to the white house was decent for once. She will actually be on time. She was informed to meet President Biden in the private study this morning. (Don't know if there is a private study but there will be for the sake of this story) She went through the gate as she always did and parked before heading up the front steps and into the white house. To her right first Lady Jill Biden was placing pots of ferns by a window of the private residence of the white house. "Good morning May" She greeted.

"Good morning Jill."

"Before you meet Joe how do these ferns look right here"

May thought for a moment before walking over and moving the two ferns over some to make them more even on either side of the big window. "That should do it."

Jill smiled." That's what I've always loved about you. Respectable yet brutally honest. Thank you May. You can go now I don't want to get you in trouble."

"Hey you know I'd have to do something pretty bad in order to get the President mad at me"

She smiled big. "That is very true. Now go on." May headed off and Jill smiled even more. It was Jill's hope that May would hit it off well with her husband's guest. In fact it's why They both had asked him to visit. Though their guest didn't know that well not fully. He did suspect. May and Lilly needed security and he could give them that.
