Over the past 10 days, Itto stayed in his cell. Well...his and Gorou's cell, just minus the Gorou. He had massive eye bags and his hair was a bit of a mess. He hated when he looked like this but all he could think about the was general all alone. He was also alone, mind you, but he had the guards pass by once in a while and a few would share a word or two.

He even started to learn their names. The one he talked to the most was Eliza. They were pretty loud from time to time just like Itto so the pair got along pretty well, even if Itto was their prisoner.

Throughout his wait for Gorou to come back, he never once tried to open the cell and escape for himself. He couldn't do that. It felt wrong and cruel. Even though Itto cheated at times and was a gang leader, he was very loyal to those he cared about and had some code of morality. So, instead of leaving for himself, he kept the keys on him at all times as to not lose them. Sure he thought of breaking out to find Gorou but wasn't sure where the solitary confinement was and worried he'd be caught, with their means of escape taken back.

So he waited. The first week was incredibly slow and he was bored out of his mind. Of course he was worried but with his high energy, he got bored pretty quickly without his roommate. He was given more food each day since Kujou Sara came by but he didn't eat much of it. It was gross. Sara didn't specify what to feed the prisoners, only to feed them once or twice a day, the guards decided what to feed them. And most of the time, it was gross.

Finally, on the 11th day without Gorou, Itto sat on the floor, picking at his food with the small wooden fork the guards had given. He was so zoned out, or very focused on the food picking, that he didn't realize his name was being called.

"Arataki are you even listening to me dude?" came a familiar voice. He snapped out of his trance and looked up towards the sound to find Eliza, leaning against the bars.

"Uh no, I wasn't listening to you, can't you see I'm doing something extremely important" Itto mocked back as his attention shifted to the guard. "Anyways, what lame thing were you talking about? Will it bore me to death?"

"No I think you'll wanna hear this" they said crossing their arms. "Buuuut if you're gonna be like that, then I guess I won't tell you."

"Nooo please please please, tell me! Now I need to know!" the Oni cried out. "If you don't tell me what it is, I'll just start making annoying noises till you do."

Eliza rolled their eyes. "Alright, I'll tell you you big ape."

Itto's eyes sparkled as he smiled brightly.

"So, as I was saying before, your little friend is getting out of solitary early due to good behaviour" they smiled slyly.

Without warning, Itto rushed to the bars of the cell, startling Eliza off of them. "ARE YOU SERIOUS!? GOROUS COMING BACK!!" he barked out with a massive smile. Eliza nodded their head slowly as they tried to compose themselves from the startle. "This is amazing! I'm so pumped! No more being bored, no more quietness, no more worrying!"

"Okay okay, quiet down! You're making a massive scene" Eliza hushed the energetic Oni. "I wasn't supposed to tell you so zip it alright?"
